"This hotel is located only a 10 minute walk from Beale Street. The hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, and although it doesn't have a complimentary breakfast, a fantastic cafe next door is available for a fabulous breakfast. Huge homemade biscuits and wonderful jams are available there. We loved their coffee and their Christmas jam!"

"The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The room was clean, tidy and odorless as well as organized. The conditioner bottle was just lying in the tub upon our arrival. The adhesive obviously gave way. This was reported to the front desk representative upon checking out. He stayed he would report it to house keeping. This is a great hotel, which is why we continue to come back whenever we are in Memphis! "
