"Nice friendly staff that will greet you. Lobby area very clean. Nice rooms cool shower. Bed was comfortable. Nice bar only bad thing was the rooftop was closed when i went big let down. Walking distance to beale street and civil rights museum and other attractions"

"I have stayed at The Peabody many times and love it. This trip was a scheduled late arrival, but my room was not ready when I arrived at 11:30 PM. The manager bought me a drink at the bar while they got my room ready. Once in the room I was opening a bottle of water to drink and realized it had been previously opened and partially consumed by a prior occupant. I was not unhappy this trip but I was disappointed in the lack of perfection."

"We read all of the comments before booking. We didn’t expect the pool to be open. We knew the elevators were broken. We adjusted our expectations before we arrived and were very grateful to have a clean room, very friendly and helpful staff and be in the best location for a quick Uber to The Peabody Hotel, The Bass Pro Shop and Beale Street. If you’re looking for a 5 Star Hotel this isn’t the one for you. If you’re looking for a comfortable bed and a hot shower at a fantastic price in a perfect location to enjoy some cool nearby attractions this is the place to stay."
