This beautiful, secluded new cottage located minutes from Dale Hollow Lake's Sunset Marina overlooking Pendergrass Creek boasts both mountain and lake views. Sunrises and sunsets from the wide wrap around porch will not disappoint, with stargazing at its best. There are no neighbors in view, with 35 acres of private timber forest. Ample parking for multiple cars and a boat. Bedrooms include a queen and a full over full bunk bed. This cottage has all new kitchen appliances and a charcoal grill, complete with everything you need to cook at home. Gigabit WIFI connected internet and a 55' TV that can be adjusted to view from the eating area are available. A sectional sofa between the windows and electric fireplace is the perfect cozy setting.

Enjoyed our stay here. Perfect place for our fishing trip at Dale Holllow Lake. Very clean and nice, plenty of space to park the boat and great atmosphere. Would have given it 5 stars but the mattresses seem to be cheaper and uncomfortable.
