No better location than this freshly renovated apartment with iconic Byron views. 1km from the town centre or a 5 min walk to Byron's best beaches. A very sought after and handy location - nothing to do except sit back and enjoy the view!
Spacious open plan living abounds with comfortable sofas, dining table and a relaxing deck area with uninterrupted views of the Cape Byron Lighthouse. Lighthouse Lounge has a fully equipped, simple wet bar kitchen with modern kitchen appliances. There is a microwave, portable electric cooktop, NO oven, however a Webber BBQ and a full size fridge and bench space will make preparing meals at home easy.
Tucked away on one of Byron's best residential streets this magical spot offers you 2 bedrooms with 1 king size bed and 2 King Singles a stylish bathroom and plenty of indoor and outdoor lounging space.
The iconic Top Shop Cafe is 270m down the street where you will find amazing coffee, great food and a genuine Byron Bay surf vibe. Clarke's Beach is 950m away or you can use the sandy bush track opposite the house to Tallows Beach which is 850m. Enjoy the wallabies and sounds of nature on the way. The Pass surf beach (great for kids and beginners) is a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Wategos, Main Beach and Belongil are also within easy reach too. Run or walk to the lighthouse via several different tracks and routes. Always beautiful! When you are ready to adventure into town for some live music, a great meal or just a people watch you can walk the 1.3km in under 15 minutes.
So you really can be car free, chill out and enjoy the view from the comfy lounge or hanging chair.

The Lighthouse Lounge is all on one level, with easy access to a beautifully landscaped private deck, 'wet bar' facilities, plenty of seating options and parking for one car. Simply divine!

Separate laundry (washing machine, dryer, iron, board), and parking are also offered. Linen and bath towels are provided - just bring a beach towel and stock the fridge and pantry. Very comfortable, well located property in Byron Bay. Lovely outdoor area, walking distance to main facilities and beach, very comfortable bed. No stove or cooktop or coffee machine very good value
I travelled from regional WA with my daughter from Perth to this apartment. I had a year of breast cancer treatment and wanted a comfortable place to relax and enjoy life! This was the perfect location and space. The beds were so comfy and everything was there that we needed. We enjoyed all the cafes, the beach, the surf and the surrounding towns. We didn’t want to leave!
Can fully recommend this property. Beach vibe, perfect location, quiet, but walking distance to everywhere and with a micro climate bringing in the sea breeze...Hope to be back again
The place was exactly as described, in a great central location, clean and in a quiet street. You can walk 5 mins down the road to Top Shop for amazing coffee or 10 minutes to Clarkes beach. Thanks for having us, we will definitely be back!
very overprices ,dirty seating inside and out.Could not sit on couch old and smelly.No proper kitchen ,washing machine and dryer communal .Parking bay far to small wou;ld be very difficult if all appartments rented.Interaction with management ordinary at best,Sliding doors to outside filthy where door slides.Curtains stained and no blinds to block out sun.
Great location, great views of lighthouse and ocean glimpses, well designed apartment. Great for any weather as well, outdoor space great when it’s sunny and big couch with Netflix if raining outside.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was well appointed, and lovely and bright with views to the lighthouse and the sea. It's a good location, not too far from the beach and walking distance to the lighthouse, with Top Shop, one of our favourite cafes, just around the corner.
Beautiful apartment in a great location- really quiet street but only 15 minutes walk into the centre of Byron, and 2 minutes walk from a great coffee shop. Very well appointed and well-equipped home.
I was slightly worried about the lack of cooktop and oven, but it has a bbq, microwave, sandwich toaster and electric pan, so really everything you would need.
Love the fact that the duvets have proper covers on them and were not just placed between 2 sheets as is so often the way these days.
Great communication from Deb and Sarah at East Coast Escapes regarding the check in process, and also ensuring we had everything we needed and there were no problems.

The property is thoughtfully appointed and styled.
Meters to The Top Shop Cafe and a short drive to our favourite beaches (you could easily walk although with a toddler we find it easier to drive these days) the property is located in a more quite residential area of Byron, whilst still being close to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants Byron has to offer.
Situated on the ground floor, the apartment has a beautiful aspect (Including a much better water view than anticipated) and is still very private given it’s position on the hill.
There is a fantastic undercover patio and private grassed area which our toddler loved.
Even on a day poring with rain, the apartment felt so lovely just to relax on the lounge with a cup of tea and a book whilst watching the rain outside.
Only disappointment was leaving! Thanks so much for sharing this fabulous space! We will return!
