"I first stayed at this hotel back in July, 2025 simply because of it's convenience. It was clean and the morning breakfast was delicious. I had to return to Rochester in September, 2025 and didn't even bother looking for another hotel due to the amazing staff!! The front desk lady "Miss Chardonnay" was always there to greet me with her amazing personality and warmth...and she is the main reason I will be returning to this same hotel later this year as well! (in addition to Chardonnay, the rest of the staff was also very pleasant, always smiling and saying hello. Great job on hiring this incredible staff!)"
