"This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The front desk people were no where to be seen multiple times for over 30 minutes. I was having car problems after driving downstate 4 hours, my car was in the shop and wasn’t going to be out till a few hours after checkout. I explained this to the staff and asked them very nicely if I could stay in my room a bit longer, I had a lot of luggage and didn’t want to carry it all around in the car repair shop. They said no and they couldn’t help me at all and they left me stranded with my luggage."

"From check-in to check-out this was a seamless, clean experience. The room was more like a studio apartment style than a hotel room. The only weird thing for me was the hard floor and no carpet anywhere. The lighting was a little harsh, probably LED's and because the ceilings were high. The thermostat seemed to stay on an automatic mode, where I couldn't choose air vs. heat, so to keep it from blowing cold air, I had to turn it up higher than I liked. These quirky things do not keep me from highly rating this stay - breakfast was decent, but how clean everything was outweighed EVERYTHING!"

"The front desk attendance could not have been nicer and more friendly and helpful. She and the beds were the best part of the hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable. There are a few downsides. One was the back door being open at several times, which goes against the property manager's desire to create a secure building. Also, though no one was unfriendly or made me feel unsafe (it is an extended stay so there is a clientele that is long term), I smelled weed too much in the elevators, outside in the parking lot and through the halls if a weed smoker had walked through the halls. Also, the people next to me in the next room were extremely loud late at night. Great location for the hotel. Near the highway, places to eat and businesses."

"This place is cheap and amazing! Great area, great staff and really nice and clean inside. Few issues we had, which did not ruin the stay, that we’d like to see addressed in the future: 1) At 4:00am on Monday morning there is a loud garbage truck that comes by outside to collect the trash from huge bins. It’s loud enough to take entire hotel up and sounds like bombs going off. Hotels should request the city to make the pickup much later. 2) The house cleaning ladies are extremely loud and were yelling and slamming doors at 8am our final morning not caring for the fact that the few people left in the hotel might be sleeping. Very inconsiderate. 3) Around 4-5pm almost each day sections of the hotel start to shake like there is a huge earthquake or like the hotel is about to collapse. Front desk staff said it’s the washing machines but terrifying nonetheless. Still a great place located to so many shopping malls."
