"Stay was excellent, rooms were clean, and staff was wonderful!"

"Definitely overdue for some upgrades, had an odor upon entry, when I needed towels there was no one available to bring fresh ones and I had to bring the dirty towels to the front desk myself to get new ones. It’s overpriced for what you actually get. And neither of the tvs worked properly. "

"The staff was very nice, especially Mitchell. At times I felt they might have been short staffed. The mattress was too soft and my room was very noisy. Folks above me must have had children. I did not sleep the entire time. The location was great and I could walk to stores, and it was accessible to all of the places I needed to go. "

"Breakfast was good. Pool was very nice. Rooms stink and bathrooms smelled bad. Rooms I booked were given to another customer with similar last name, and the check-in guy gave me key cards to the same room and we walked in on with stuff all over the place, freaking all of us out. BIG BLUNDER!!! I WOULD RATHER THEY RE-IMBERSED ME MY MONEY AND APILOGIZE. "

"Staff was great. Property seemed a little run down. While the room was clean, their were alot of imperfections on the doors and walls, like it hadn't been painted for 10 to 15 years. The little store didn't have a new coffee machine like other Sonseta's I've stayed at and wasn't properly stocked. I couldn't get a candy bar at 1 am because they had no candy bars! :-) Kinds nit picking but just slot of little things that made it just ok. Like the TVs were flat screens but were kinda small. Bed was comfortable though."

"Got to our room, toilet was leaking water from the back tank. One of the soap packages was open with the bar of soap sitting out. After filling up the Jacuzzi and and running the jets, the tub started filling up with "cucumber" shaving and bits! I called down to the front desk, took forever for him to come up. Saw the issues and was offered nothing. Said he would put it in the notes. Stopped by the front desk at 4 am and the lady working hadn't heard about our incident and check my account, no mention of the issues. She informed me she would note my account and told me a supervisor would be in in the morning. At checkout, a young male at the front desk told me that because I booked my room through 3rd party that I had to contact them. So now I'm writing a review and I will be escalating this after the holiday, on Monday. "
