Remote location but very nice & roomy. Clean/comfy

Loved the big room & nice pool & lobby & pet friendly clean hotel. The location was a bit remote. In the side lot of a store (Lowe’s) parking lot. But it was quiet & felt safe. There was another hotel right across the small parking lot that had a bar & restaurant in it. So we walked over there for dinner & drinks. Super convenient & no car needed. There really wasn’t any other restaurants close by, so that saved us after a long day of driving. Nice rooms-kitchen, counter island w/stools, couch, desk & roomy vanity area.

it’s was very nice and clean and the service was wonderful. The breakfast was very limited when we went for breakfast, while the coffee was gone and empty. We tried to make tea but the water was cold and no hot water. The breakfast was really disappointing and the next morning was the same situation.

Front desk staff (and housekeeping) were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our three year old is visually impaired and has some other health problems, and the staff simply made sure we had all we needed to take care of him and have a worry-free stay

Hotel charged me $250 because the door to the room cracked at the top during my stay. General manager refused to talk to me about it. Very unprofessional and ridiculous to be charged for something we had no control over.

On initial arrival, there was a wait because the computer systems were down. Many people had room keys not working, had to be escorted to room, to any on site amenity that required access with your key card. Dissatisfied customers waiting 2 hours to get in room. The main reason for choosing this spot was for indoor pool. The pool was not open, but was told, "we have free breakfast." There was a woman who worked over very polite, however not approriate to have her man in and out of hotel while we were trying to be waited on asking "When u get off" . The rooms lights did not all work, very inconvenient to get ready in morning. My friend is a smoker and as we exited the housekeeper reported that we were smoking in the room and ashes were on windowsill. However when we entered room there were crumbs and bugs all over window and on carpet. Card was charged additional $250 on top of the $197.00 that in itself was extremely overpriced for the not having pool access, non working lights and to be charged simply because you believe someones a smoker they smoked in room. When in reality, they lost money due to a downed computer system, unhappy customers and staff that have significant others hanging out while paying customers are trying to be waited on. DO NOT MAKE THIS YOUR CHOICE!

The shower had nothing to stop water from going all over the floor. The drain was outside of the shower halfway to the toilet. So if you went to poop while you're waiting for the shower to get warm, you'd be standing or your feet would be in 2 inches of water while you to do your business. It's so unbelievable. I took a video to send to Marriot.

Pool closed for weekend.

Room was fantastic but the amenities failed. Maintenance decided to close the pool on Friday/Saturday of all days for cleaning! Really, couldn’t they have done this on slower days like Monday/Tuesday!?! 3 kids were not happy. That was a miss Marriot.

The staff was wonderful and the place was exceptionally clean. We stayed for our wedding in a King Suite and It was one of the best parts of our wedding. All of our guests raved about the hotel! The room we got for the price we paid blew our mind. Hope to have a reason to stay here again soon.

Poor customer service

Front desk worker on Thursday when we checked in was more focused on her co worker telling her something or her needing to talk to him instead of greeting me and getting me checked in right away, after a long drive from Wisconsin just wanted quick and easy check in service and it definitely wasn't given, I was an after thought or secondary to her in that moment needing to talk to her coworker about whatever it was.
