"When I got to my first room it hadn't been clean, so the staff moved me to another room and everything was quickly resolved. Other than that, there was no microwave in the room or in the building. Lastly, the valet is complementary and that was very nice."

Jul 11, 2019No communication between staff and front desk person (system). I was told to get my stuff, when I already paid for a night. I got int a heated conversation with the GM which was not necessary if they checked their system correctly.
