"Out of the way,good if one prefers a more remote local, bad if you want to spend your time in Naples. Very clean, great kitchen and master bath. TV in every room is nice. Only real issue is some sound deadening such as rugs would be nice. It is a steel constructed building and w/ TV on it is difficult to have a conversation, sounds reverberate.However, very nice place and would highly recommend. "

"I stayed one night the room appeared clean but it smelled weird (like food and feet) And there was old food on the small table by the chair and the chair looked so dirty."

"Check in and communication with the host when there was a problem was great. House was not as clean as would hope, but plenty of space and beds were comfortable. For what we needed it was fine. "

"We had a lovely week stay here, extremely clean, quiet and secure, felt very safe! The house was well equipped and nicely laid out, comfortable beds and good shower.John the host was very attentive, goodcommunication and very helpful in letting us keep our luggage there until the afternoon as our flight wasn’t until the evening (even though it had been cleaned on our check out). Nice little treats left for us as well which was a nice touch and appreciated. Would definitely recommend and return in the future,a 5 star from us. Thank you "

"The Dream Villa was amazing. We had a great time. Exceptionally clean home that had everything that we needed. The house is in a very quite & peaceful area. The hot tub and pool were great as well. The home is just as described."

"When we finally open the door, it was late, we were tired, there was a terrible smell, but the lay out of the place looked nice. We went out to eat , when we came back and used the bathroom sink a strong smell of sure came out, also when we flushed the toile and the next morning when I shower a strong sure smell came out. The toilet run all night, the refrigerator was very hot. I called Landing to complained about it and said I was going to contact Expedia and ask to be relicated to a hotel for false advertising, they send maintenance around 10:30 am. Maintenance explained that those things happened when the unit is not in use continuasly. They flushed the water heater, fixed the toilet, try to fix the refrigerator, with no luck, they end up bringing another refrigerator. After a three hour ordeal they left and the smell wasn’t there any more. Beside that the place was lovely, great location, 2 great restaurant in walking distance, well light. The maintenance supervisor of the building complex was very profesional and apologetic. "
