"A fabulous touch of luxury at an affordable price. Wonderful facilities in room from top of the range hairdryer located in extremely useful place in bathroom area to storage and shower. Everything including beautiful view looking down on village and surrounding area. Our first, won't be our last, experience of the beautiful parador experience, highly recommended."

"Lovely clean rooms, one of the best hotels we have stayed in Spain, staff were very kind and friendly we didn’t pay for breakfast as we had to set off to Portugal early but the receptionist let us grab a free coffee and toast for kids 😍 bar was lovely"

"Key attributes are the fabulous location in a city that is pedestrianized. The rooms were clean. The desk staff always smiling and waving at our grandkids and being helpful with excellent English. The major Achilles heel is the garage which is treacherous and exceedingly dangerous for damaging a rental car. Do not attempt to use it. Parking on the nearby street was easy and on the weekend did not require a meter. Finally the breakfast was the best of the hotels we visited in Spain"

"Overall nice hotel and good experience. The couch in the lobby was stained, as was the carpet in our room. And it was not just one stain, but stained all over. The AC worked well on 98 degree days. The lobby was comfortable. The lunch and breakfast were good, but both times we went to eat there was absolutely no one available to check us in. (And, no, we were not eating on an American or other schedule.) Very close to the center of town and all sights. Overall fine. Nothing special. But definitely needs a make over and some cleaner carpets and upholstery."

"The hotel was very convenient from a location standpoint. The rooms were very nice, very clean, and well maintained. The internet and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, an excellent stay!!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel itself is older and shows it's age in ways but the rooms where clean. The beds were not very comfortable but the room had everything we needed. Overall, it's a solid value really close to the old town core. Easy to walk to all the tourist areas."

"Great to have good air conditioning when needed. Parking and ease of access from the motorway is just perfect. Love the cafeteria attached to the hotel too excellent value quick food served by friendly staff. Plenty of petrol stations near too. Short taxi ride into Burgos historic centre but the free parking offsets this small cost. This was not my first visit and we will be back it’s an ideal two night stopover to visit Burgos."
