We were informed when I called from the Uber after leaving the airport when I was asking for where to pick the key from I have complained to VRBO and they told me they would provide a refund and also reimburse my last-minute accommodation charges"

"Liked proximity to many features, food, shops, museums. The place should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. Access to the apartment was delayed as we had to wait for access. This I thought was agreed upon before our arrival. Checking out we are supposed to leave keys to the building and to the apartment, in the apartment. However we need the building key to get out. Not a good idea to hold the door open to a secure building fo me or my spouse to return to 6th floor to lock access keys...
