"Excelente localização, com ótimo custo benefício. Funcionários gentis e eficientes. A infraestrutura deixa a desejar: o colchão estava velho e irregular; o ar condicionado congelava; e os elevadores são lentos e insuficientes quando o hotel está cheio. Além disso, pedidos de coberta extra não são atendidos. "

"The room itself was a disappointment. The window would only open slightly, which meant it was impossible to get the ocean breeze. The breakfast area was kept air conditioned instead of opening the windows, which, again, would have allowed the natural breeze to come in. The wifi was spotty, too, which made accomplishing anything online trying. That said, the breakfast buffet was ample, and the pool area and patio in the front of the hotel were both very nice."

"Room not ready at 1530 in the day of check-in. Superior suite with 50%of light busted, after 2 days few was replaced but unfortunately the one above the bed was not possible to turn-off, so I sleep with light on. Air condition very noising and leaking water inside the room. All forniture in very bad condition, also several times I was running behaving the stewardess at 1800 for clean my room and replace towels. All was addressed to the manager but nothing change and no any kind of reimbursement...

"My second stay at this hotel and I still enjoyed it . Comfortable bed, AC works , big room and friendly staff. Breakfast is very good and the location is perfect right in front of the beach."

"We arrived early and were told check in wasn't until after 2 which was fine. We filled out all paperwork and went to lunch. Once we returned after 4 some of our rooms were still not ready and we did not receive all rooms until after 6. No apologies for the inconvenience, nothing. The rooms are very outdated. The water in the sink ran all night because it was too difficult to turn off. The rooms are very small."

"The location is the best in town. The staff super friendly and polite. Our room was dirty with left over from other people. In our 4th someone did our bed and forgot to give us sheets so we stayed the rest of trip without any. I would stay there again but I have to bring a few items to my confort"

"Breakfast is the worst we had after 3 weeks Brazil, it is exceptionally not included in the room rate. Further it is 25 rais per person :quite expensive. This hotel does not give value for money. "
