    Apartment located at Praia do Forte, in Cabo Frio / RJ

    Privileged location, near the fair, the theater, bakeries, supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, beverage distributor and other conveniences necessary to spend your vacation with the necessary comfort!

    3 bedrooms, one suite, living room with two environments, kitchen and laundry area.

    Air conditioning in all rooms.

    Accommodates up to 9 people including child.

    Building with pool (afternoon sun), sauna, games room, two elevators and 24-hour concierge.

    Two independent covered parking spaces.

Lugar ótimo, porteiros e administrador rotina, piscina boa, sauna, Apt espaçoso, arejado e na rua abaixo da praça Cidadania. Padaria ótima perto. Prédio com baratas ( teve dedetização na semana e penso que pode ter sido isso o motivo do aparecimento de algumas na cozinha). Colchões ótimos e sofá tb. A sacada não tem tela, então para crianças achei ruim.

Todo processo foi super tranquilo de realizar, o Renato é um proprietário muito bacana, o apartamento é ótimo, móveis em ótimo estado de conservação, funcionários educados e prestativos, ambientes tranquilo de vizinhos. Ótima localização, tem tudo próximo. Renato só tem que fazer uns ajustes no ar condicionado e fechadura da porta de entrada para eu dar nota 10! Se voltaremos a ficar nesse apartamento? Sim, com certeza retornaremos.

O anfitrião é atencioso e gentil, de fácil negociação. O imóvel é bem próximo da praia, os porteiros são atenciosos e educados. único ponto negativo é o cheiro forte de naftalina no apartamento. Para quem tem alergia é complicado ficar lá. As roupas guardadas no guarda roupas todas ficaram com bastante odor. No mais a estadia foi muito boa.
