Pousada Razoável, pontos + atendimento excelente, café da manhã muito bom tem cadeiras e guarda sol para os hóspedes estacionamento coberto e aberto restaurante com excelente cozinheiros Pontos - têm uma fossa séptica dentro da pousada em um corredor que da acesso aos quartos que fende muito, o mal cheiro chega aos quartos, foi uma experiência terrível na primeira vez, na última ficamos no quarto superior sem fedor agora mas tivemos um problema com os ralos do banheiro entupidos e sem água quente depois das 17hrs está em obras com muito barulho tv sem canais interne muito fraca são pontos que ponde ser resolvidos mas não voltaria a ficar lá por estás falhas. Mas no mais e um lugar que se melhor administrado seria fabuloso

Boa pousada para descanso em família!

A pousada tem excelente localização, de frente a uma praia bonita e tranquila, própria para levar família. Eles disponibilizam cadeiras e guarda-sol, o que é excelente! A área externa é muito boa, com piscinas para crianças e adultos, área com churrasqueira, um pequeno salão de jogos, enfim, excelente estrutura. O café da manhã é bom, varia nos dias a qualidade, mas tem o básico. Quanto à parte interna, deixa muito a desejar em comparação com o que vemos nos sites de reserva. A porta do nosso quarto emperrava e precisava de força para abrir e fechar. O banheiro cheirava mal ao chegarmos, falamos na recepção e a partir do segundo dia ficou melhor. O chuveiro não estabiliza a temperatura, porém, tem boa pressão, o que ajuda. O restante do quarto tb precisava de uma limpeza melhor, mas tb foi corrigido. A cama tinha um dos lados cedendo, mais baixo, mas aceitável. O quarto tem um roteador de internet exclusivo, uma vez que a distância para o wifi central dificulta o uso no ambiente, porém nao funciona. Assim como a TV, que não sintonizou nenhum canal, avisamos na recepção, que se propôs a ajudar, mas não houve mudança, ambos continuaram sem funcionar. Por último, informaram que as toalhas são trocadas a partir da 3ª diária. As nossas só foram trocadas da 4ª para a 5ª, quando falamos na recepção. Ah, vá de carro: Uber e afins superfaturam e demoram pelo local e não tem nada perto, como supermercado e etc. Vale a pena, se estiver buscando paz e descanso, e ciente das condições.

Insatisfeita

O atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo. Porém o hotel deixa a desejar. E olha que não sou de reclamar de nada. Mas o café da manhã no primeiro dia tinha uma baratinha no pão francês. No segundo dia chegamos às 9h da manhã já não tinha quase. E o básico presunto, queijo e ovo mexido já não iam mais repor. Limpeza razoável sempre chegamos e o quarto ainda tinha areia no chão e pia do banheiro suja. É um lugar de ótima localização e pousada bonita. Mas com pessimo gerenciamento.

Quarto estava sujo, encontrei palito de sorvete no chão, fronha estava suja, toalha manchada, maçaneta do quarto soltando e a do banheiro quebrada. Café da manhã razoável, pois tinha talheres sujos. O que salva na pousada são os funcionários, e a praia. Praia do foguete não tem quiosque e nem padaria, mercado nada perto. Porém é um bairro bem tranquilo e muito próximo de Arraial do Cabo.
