Our family was the first to build and live in this area, and we look forward to retiring here someday. Our hope is that you may want to return year after year so that you can see how our home improves and watch how the surroundings change and the neighborhood grows. A paved road from Matapalo will be a game changer!
The community grounds and gatekeeper is Jose Luis, and the Seashell Mountain gardener is Joaquin who comes by a couple times a month or as needed. The pool maintenance team usually stops by Thursdays. Saturday morning a beeping truck may drive through selling a wide variety of delicious fresh baked goods from the local German bakery. The kitchen has a North American style electric coffee machine and a typical Costaricense drip style. Simplify!
