Beautiful Private Home, walking distance to the beach
Experience Costa Rica in our lovely elegant home, beautifully furnished, in a gated community; 4 private bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. Media room, Living Room, Dining Room, Fully Furnished Kitchen, Laundry, Pool, tiled patios & Parking. The newly finished house is located on a large lot, partially wooded, where howler monkeys, birds and other wildlife are frequently present. There are hammocks on the back patio near the pool. 2 outside showers are convenient for washing off sand and equipment. The house we built is an environmentally friendly, energy efficient or 'green' house built from a new dense Styrofoam technology. Our house is in Brasilito, a small quiet town between Flamingo and Tamarindo. The nearest international airport is in Liberia (LIR), about an hour northeast of us. You can walk to the beaches, shopping, groceries and restaurants. You may want to rent a car, or rent a private bus with driver to take you to many exotic attractions in Costa Rica. There are plenty of things to do on both land and sea. Or you can choose to just sit back & relax in luxury in this gorgeous home.
