You won’t find luxury lodging closer to a beach anywhere in Costa Rica than at Palms Condo 6 in Flamingo.

At this 2-bedroom, 3-bath, split-level unit, you’ll wake up to the sound and sight of waves crashing on Flamingo Beach from your second-story master bedroom. It has a balcony, a bar, a giant flat-screen TV and a beautiful king-size bed.

A second bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony, and both have attached bathrooms. So there’s plenty of room for two couples, a family or a group of friends.

The living room features a big TV, bright tropical art, plush furnishings, and a terrace with hand-placed rock walls facing the swimming pools and beach.

A spacious kitchen has granite counters and bar that seats three, and there’s a dining table for six.

Also, Palms 6 has one of the best views and locations in the entire complex, with an unobstructed view of the beach and the North Ridge. And whereas some units at The Palms are exposed to the sun all afternoon, the deck here is partially shaded all day.

The Palms has two swimming pools, a gym, meal service, gated parking, 24/7 security, and complimentary kayaks and paddleboards.

Palms Condo 6, Flamingo and Beyond
Flamingo is a gorgeous beachfront town with two stunning peninsulas jutting into the bathwater-warm ocean. It has two golden beaches, playas Potrero and Flamingo.

In downtown Flamingo, you’ll find restaurants, bars, shops and a pharmacy. A world-class marina is currently under construction next to Flamingo’s North Ridge.

All the conveniences you might need are a short drive away, including grocery stores, banks and medical clinics.

Adventure abounds in Flamingo by land and by sea. You can go fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling and jet skiing, or take a sunset catamaran cruise. Not far away, you can go ziplining, hiking or birdwatching, and you can explore a volcano or go spelunking in a cave.

The international airport in Liberia is less than an hour away. Flamingo is right in the middle of Costa Rica’s Gold Coast, its most fabulous vacation spot.

Lovely villa at the amazing Palms community! Especially appreciated the updated kitchen, nice big sink and functional range. Perfect location in the Palms, and does not get blasted with the hot afternoon sun!

Locations makes up for poor communication

Our hosts didn’t let the location know about our reservation so after traveling all day there was confusion and some anxiety but the on site staff worked it out. We arrived on the day booked but for some reason the property manager told us they didn’t know we were going to be there then even though we confirmed 24 hrs prior and received door access code? Since the onsite staff weren’t aware of our stay the villa wasn’t cleaned so the next day a cleaner came to do a quick job which left it very dusty and never completely equipped even after requesting a few basics. Bathroom faucets etc had a lot of dirt/hard water build up. The rest of the stay was great. Love the complex and location. Remember to bring extra cash for massages and smoothies! Beach equipment and lounge chairs were easily available. The beach is incomparable. Some days had low waves others a little stronger. My teens had a blast! Locals are so friendly and polite. We will be back as this was our 2nd time to the Palms Residences!

Location says it all

The Palms in Playa Flamingo is the perfect location for an escape from winter. The small community has all the convenience of a larger resort without the crowd. Our group was 2 couples and our stay was 16 nights. The patio is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs in addition to 2 comfortable lounges. The patio provides shade and a fabulous view of the beach ( only steps away). The unit has all conviences necessary to prep meals and the beds are comfortable. The concierge service is friendly and attentive. The entire staff was great and ready to provide a great experience for us. Clean, comfortable, beautiful and safe…need I say more. Thank you John and Wendy

Great Condo at The Palms

We stayed at the villa over Christmas of 2021 and love the place. We have stayed at The Palms several times, and never been disappointed. The villa is clean and very close to all the amenities you would need. The furniture is great and all the appliances work. I would recommend this place to anyone. Some notes to consider. The Palms does not have a kitchen at the moment, as they have in the past. However, they do have a full bar that opens at 11:00 a.m. Anthony, the bartender, has been there for years and is great at what he does. The beds are pretty firm, so be prepared for that. Book and stay here with confidence.

Beautiful Property

We had an amazing week at The Palms! The pictures are accurate- beautiful beachfront views and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves! The property manager was extremely helpful in arranging excursions and airport transportation. Highly recommend this properrty

Loved this place!

Everything about this place was wonderful. The location of this unit is ideal, close to the water and the patio has shade most all the time. The condo is beautiful and is equipped with everything you need — except groceries of course. Loved having a bartender and food to order. The grounds are immaculate and the grass was amazing — seems like a little thing but it felt soooo good to walk on. The resort had a couple of high-end built-in grills for our use, and they kept them clean — really nice to grill out on. We walked down to Coco Loco a couple times for dinner. We snorkeled right off the beach around to Brasalito Beach and saw a huge turtle and tons of sea life. The concierge was also very helpful with anything we needed. We loved sitting in the lounge chairs at the beach watching the sunset and we indulged in the beach-side massages. We were very sad to have to leave.

Amazing vacation.

We absolutely loved The Palms. We will definitely be back soon. The condo and the property are amazing. The beach was beautiful, the water was warm and we swam, boogie boarded and paddle boarded. We also spent quite a bit of time in the infinity pool. We had a private dinner on the beach at sunset. It was such a great experience. We visited a couple of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also traveled outside the area to zip line, river raft and snorkel. The service at The Palms was excellent. They stocked our unit with groceries before we arrived, set up our private dinner and catamaran trip and were available for any questions we might have. The food and drinks were excellent and the staff beyond nice. Shout out to Wilky and Danise for being so great while we were there. The unit itself has everything you need. It's beautiful and clean. John and Wendy were fabulous hosts and made sure we were well taken care of and that everything went well. Thanks again and we will 100% be back soon.

Can’t say enough great things about this property and the location. John and Wendy are fantastic people and extremely helpful. The unit itself was very clean and spacious, with gorgeous views. The staff at the Palms were over the top friendly and accommodating, always willing to help or answer questions. Once again, I can’t say enough great things about John and Wendy, their place and the Palms as a whole. It was a great time and one of the most relaxing trips I’ve ever been on. My wife and children loved our time there and look forward to going back.

Amazing vacation villa!

We stayed with our family (3 kids: 16, 13 & 11) for 1 week at the end of March. Our son slept on the pull out sofa and our girls took the bedroom upstairs. There was plenty of room for us. The villa was wonderful. The service was top notch. The beach was perfect. We loved getting Costa Rica and The Palms. I highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect!

We have been to multiple places in Costa Rica, but nothing really compares to the Palms or Flamingo Beach. The condos are absolutely beautiful and spacious. Each one has a remarkable view (#6 is perfectly positioned for a view of the pool and the beach). Our kids (12 and 9) surprisingly never wanted to leave the condos for the typical touring of monkeys, zip-lines and crocodiles. They were content playing in the waves, the pool, and drinking milkshakes at the pool bar. To my surprise, the Palms not only provided drink and food service, but it was amazing! The service was top notch with the staff being extremely accommodating and friendly. This is the type of service we expect when we stay at the Ritz Carlton, or other high-end hotels. We also purchased the private dinner for our patio. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend it. The bottom line is that we will probably never stay anywhere in Costa Rica, but at the Palms. Anything else may be a let down for us.

Outstanding property!!

Just returned home from an excellent vacation! Don't hesitate to rent this place!! This villa was perfect for our family of 4. The new pull out bed in the living room was a very nice option, my kids weren't very excited about having to possibly share a bed. It worked out great- there were plenty of sheets/blankets to make it very comfy! Villa 6 is in the perfect location on the immaculate property with an outstanding view of the entire beach and amazing sunsets directly in front of you in the evenings. The service at The Palms was also excellent -top notch! Looking forward to returning!

Fantastic Stay at The Palms #6

Our stay in Costa Rica was incredible. The Palms resort and condo # 6 could not have been better. The location of The Palms was on Playa Flamingo's white sandy beaches, with fantastic views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. The condo had all the amenities that made the stay so enjoyable. It felt like home. The staff at The Palms were super and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The area had many restaurants to choose from, some within walking distance. There were so many wonderful things to see and do. We took the time to explore Costa Rica by experiencing the wildlife on a riverboat tour, taking a rafting trip on the Corrobicci river, ziplining through the trees and driving to Iglesia de Guaitil where we saw a demonstration of pottery being made today, just as it has been by past generations. Finally, the Costa Rican people were great. They were friendly and willing to go out of their way to make our vacation a memorable experience, which it was. We would highly recommend spending your vacation in beautiful Costa Rica at The Palms
