Amazing view!

Had a short stay but enjoyed every minute of it. Condo is well stocked with kitchen items, spices and beach gear, and is very spacious! Sunset views are amazing and kids enjoyed the multi-level pools!

Beautiful View

Our 4 night stay at the Flamingo Condo was perfect. The property was very clean and the furnishings and decor were high quality. Our daily breakfast on the large terrace was the perfect way to start the day. We typically ended the day in the infinity pool watching the sunset. There are a variety of beautiful beach’s to visit nearby. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The view from the patio is so amazing and the condo is fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable, The unit was also very clean with very nice towels and linens. I ended up cooking dinner more at home because the view and sunset could not be matched at any restaurant. Last but not least, our property manager, Maria, was also 5 stars from original booking to final checkout, she was great! Many thanks Maria! Pura Vida

Beautiful view, very nice condo!

The view from the balcony and the sunsets are amazing. Furniture and beds very comfy and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. Maria, the property manager, was helpful and responsive. Area beaches are beautiful and only a few minutes drive away. There is a grocery store nearby along with several excellent restaurants.

Beautiful condo

We had a lovely stay in Maria’s condo. The view is perfection and the location is so convenient to area beaches. The unit is very spacious, clean, and bright. No need for AC with a lovely breeze through the screen sliders. Maria was so helpful and communicative. If you’re coming to Flamingo, you can’t go wrong with this condo.

Totally loved Costa.Rica and staying at this lovely condo. Loved being on the 3rd floor and enjoying the ocean view. Rode the elevator or walked the the steps for exercise. Restful, relaxing and plan to come back soon..,

Fantastic Condo!

Can't say enough about this property! This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Immaculate and spacious condo, well-supplied with everything you need. The views are incredible, we sat for hours on the deck enjoying the views of the ocean and the starry sky at night. Two wonderful pools, each with ocean views. The host Maria is fabulous! She will assist you with tours or drivers and anything else you need. Flamingo Beach is 5 minute drive away, absolutely beautiful, clean beach. We will be back!

beautiful stay in paradise

The views are beyond fantastic, magical and breathtaking from any place in the condo. The terrace has a lot of room with comfortable seating to enjoy the breathtaking views all day long. The infinity pool overlooking the sea has breathtaking views as well. The condo is safe, clean and in a great location. I would suggest a 4x4 to make it up the rough big hill to get the condo. The condo was also stocked with anything you cold possibly think of needing which was wonderful! They thought of everything. It's well worth the money...you won't be disappointed.

They property was amazingly clean and perfect. The view is more amazing than the pictures.

This place was absolutely incredible. The pictures did not do it justice. The condo was incredibly clean. We felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. Every detail was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds had high end mattresses, bedding and pillows. The owner even provides beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers and snorkle gear. It was absolutely obvious that the owner really cares about her renters experience. Maria was the property manager of this condo. It was obvious that our experience was vey important to her as well. She made herself completely available during our stay for questions about the area and acted more as a friend than a property manager. The people off Costa Rica are very welcoming and friendly too. We felt totally safe the whole time we were her. The beachs close to the property are beautiful. We were glad that we rented a car as it gave easy access to the surrounding communities. We will definitely stay her again.

We enjoyed the condo but were robbed in Playa Flamingo.

The condo was nice but the area is now infested with a high theft problem. We were robbed of all of all personal identification, cash, credit cards, and photo camera at 1pm in broad daylight. The Alpha Omega Realty company, Budget Rental and others did not provide any verbal warning to us allowing us to become easy targets to the gang of thieves in the area. Stay away from Playa Flamingo and vicinities, or better yet find other countries that would protect their tourists better. Our Pura Vida experience sadly became a pure hell trying to return back to the USA without any money and losing all our personal belongings.

Sunsets beyond your imagination from your balcony

We have traveled extensively and been to Costa Rica 6 times in the last 8 years. The other houses and villas we have stayed in at the Flamingo beach area were lovely. However, this property was IMMACULATE, well appointed with EVERYTHING you may need to enjoy your stay. The decor was pretty. The furniture indoor and outdoor was perfect, clean and very comfortable! The only bed used was the King, it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in * and I love my bed at home, so that speaks volumes! We have stayed at the Flaming Towers once before in a villa in front of the towers, that was 2 years ago. Unfortunately a 4x4 is a must to rent to realistically get drive up the short hillside to this property. The drive is worth it but sadly the road hasn’t had any attention in a very long time and it truly is a “rough” ride up the hillside. Having said that, I hope the property owners of the towers and villas seriously consider some road repair. We LOVED this property and LOVE Flamingo beach and all the people/ friends / the restaurantaur’s, shop keepers we have made over the years ! We are already booking our next trip to stay in this unbelievable property where the sunsets are AMAZING where you can celebrate another day of “Pura Vida “ 🇨🇷

Great Condo and Magnificent View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Playa Flamingo. It is a great condo, nicely furnished, a comfortable floor plan, and a fabulous balcony/patio. The condo is as well equipped as any we have ever rented. Everything one would need for a great stay is there. The condo will sleep two couples or parents and 2 kids nicely. Maria welcomed us into the villa, visited us upon departure, and assisted us anytime we needed help. Best moments are the mornings and evening on the patio. Since the unit faces west, these times are especially enjoyable with delightful temperatures and cool breezes. You enjoy wonderful sunsets but the patio can get a bit hot in the mid afternoon sun. Several afternoons found us in the infinity pool watching the amazing sunsets. We had a car on this trip and took day trips to many of the other beaches from Tamarindo to Coco. However, we found Playa Flamingo to be our favorite. We rented large tents and chairs on the beach. Cost was $30 for the whole day. We swam, walked, surfed, and enjpyed several lunches and drinks from Coco Loco a short walk from our location. A great way to spend a few relaxing days. The drive over the hill from Flamingo Towers to Coco Loco is a little tight but pretty quick and interesting. We enjoyed breakfast at the Shack. We had a fine dinner at La Soldita Italaino on the road to Brazilita, a really cute place and good food and pizza. We enjoyed a fabulous grilled grouper at Angelinas. Our outing at Papaya didn't go so well. We enjoyed ceviche and avocado/shrimp at the Beach House. Also ceviche and the coco loco drink at Coco Loco were very good. For our last evening, we made reservations for sunset cocktails (starting at 5 pm) followed by dinner at Sendido Norte in the Casa Chameleon resort near the Catalinas. This is a very romantic and special place and a great evening. A bit pricey for CR but reasonable vs. a good US outing. Other places can offer pretty good tico style meals and there are several open air places to choose from.. We took a sunset cruise and snorkel trip on Lazy Lizard catamaran. A great cruise, plenty of drinks, and a good crew. The snorkeling was fun but the underwater sights were just OK. In summary, we would gladly recommend this condo and the area to all guests.

Relaxing stay on the coast of Costa Rica!

We ended our time in Costa Rica on the coast and chose the Flamingo Towers which fit the bill. It was well maintained and beautifully decorated. The patio furniture was extremely comfortable and the AC was cold. Fully stocked kitchen and pool/beach equipment were a plus. Communication was superb. We have nothing but glowing things to say about this property!

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location

The condo was clean and very spacious, with an amazing terrace and unreal views. The beaches in the area are beautiful and much quieter than others we visited elsewhere. We had an excellent stay and would love to go back.

Beautiful condo with perfect view!

The property grounds are beautiful; condo was decorated wonderfully and well stocked. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the lanai in the morning and wine to watch the sunset. Maria communicated quickly and gave us everything we needed for easy checkin. Cheers! Pure vida!

Best Rental Ever

This is by far the best rental I have ever stayed in - and I've stayed in a lot! The home was incredibly well equipped and beautiful. The furniture and bed were insanely comfortable, the kitchen had spices, olive oil, and every gadget you could ever need. There's a small electric bbq on the patio, which worked wonderfully. I had the privilege of working remote here and the internet was perfect. Everything, really, is perfect.I could go on and on, but want to make extra note of things that stood out most:#1 - Maria - WOW! She was amazing. I messaged her almost daily before arriving about everything underneath the sun and she was prompt at replying and incredibly helpful. She is an invaluable asset to have in Costa Rica.#2 - the views from the property are the best we saw the entire time we were in Costa Rica - the best I've seen on the West Coast of the Americas for that matter.#3 - all the "extras" such as the spice and olive oil in the kitchen, bbq on the patio, endless towels and extra TP & paper towels, even throw blankets to use on the couch. A DREAM! Cannot wait to come back.
