Fabulous Balconies

Nice floor plan with comfortable king bedroom with ensuite bath. Comfortable furnishings. Enjoyed the corner unit balconies overlooking beautiful beach. Kitchen had all that was needed for cooking meals. Excellent nearby restaurants.

Amazing view and sunsets

Beautiful condo with amazing views. Very well appointed with everything you could need. Well stocked kitchen, cooler, pool toys. Lovely property and pools. Covered parking. Great communication with host and fairly easy check in. She met us with the keys. Easy drop off of keys on way to the airport. The only issue was the bed. It is a hard as a rock. There is an egg crate you can add but, it really doesn't help. And the sheets were scratchy and old. Thin towels. For a luxury condo I expect a little more. A comfortable bed and quality linen.

Amazing views, cold AC, nice condo.

Great condo. Fees for arriving after hours. Condo needs a safe. Ice cold AC. Well furnished with beach chairs and a cooler. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice washer and dryer. Plenty of towels, soaps, trash bags, paper goods. Was surprised most trees and ground cover dead in the dry season. Master bathroom tub is not easy to use- high off the ground and quite a step to enter with no handrails. Second bathroom has a walk in shower that was divine. Howler monkeys woke us one morning, awesome to see them eating. Rough, steep road to arrive. Condos were quiet- never saw other guests. Property managers were very responsive via text. Spacious. Short drive to Brasilito down the hill. Can drive on the beach. Lovely staff keeps condo grounds immaculate. Felt safe with on site night guard. Steps to pool very steep. Porches off both bedrooms with ocean and marina views. Very nice condo, you will not be disappointed.

Million dollar view

We enjoyed staying at this property and it’s our first time in the Playa Flamingo area. The condo was very nice however it was extremely windy and it rattled the patio doors so much it would keep us up at night. We just recommend to the owner that this probably needs to be addressed in the future. Other than that issue, it was a very nice stay

Wonderful trip, loved our beautiful condo! Best part of the condo....sunrises and sunsets on the balconies. Location is perfect for what we wanted out of our vacation. We look forward to a return visit!

Bella vista

The view is breath taking. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our week long get away. We will return even though we have a beautiful home on the beach in negra this will be our get away. Close to Conchel golf restaurants beaches. Pura Vida.

Absolutely perfect!!!!

Condo is in a perfect location to everything. Condo has everything you need, we wished it had a grill on the balcony, as we cooked every dinner in the condo. Pools are great, amazing people in other condos. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful ocean view!

The condo is very welcoming and clean. The outdoor patio area is the place to be with comfortable and ample outdoor furniture and a view of the ocean that is amazing. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for the beach. The beds and couches are very comfortable. The property manager communicated very well and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property.

Playa Flamingo Towers - Sweeping ocean views, unforgettable sunsets

The management staff was very friendly and helpful getting us checked in, and full of suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area to visit. It is around a 5 or 10 minute drive to the beach, which makes it quite quiet. The condo was very clean, kitchen was well stocked and the wifi worked great. Our best time spent at the condo was early morning coffee and breakfasts on the patio while enjoying the sweeping ocean views. Cocktails in the evening on the patio watching the sunset. Overall good experience.

Absolutely fantastic

Couldn't be happier with our decision to stay here. Wonderful condo, well appointed, with stunning views of the Pacific. Very large balcony facing the ocean, and another on the opposite side facing the hills. All the amenities were ample (towels, dishes, coolers, body-boards). Nice to have toaster, coffee maker, and washer and dryer available at any time. Though you shouldn't be in the condo a lot, WIFI was terrific. Central air provided comfort at night. Location is great with plenty of options close by in either direction. Tons of dining options within ten minutes. Many local grocery stores (not "American" in size, but enough options to stay happy). Property is isolated enough at the top of a hill that you would rarely hear a car/four-wheeler/motorbike, unless you are sitting on the balcony facing the hills. If you want to venture to Tamarindo (which we found to be somewhat of a waste) it's less than 45 minutes away. While you may be able to walk to the beach (Brasilito), we took the car (less than five minute drive down the hill). Multiple great beach options within 10m (Conchal, Flamingo Beach) and Playa Grande (big waves) is about 20m away. If the beach isn't your thing, there are two on-property pools to choose from. Parking is covered, "below" the building. Access to the fourth floor property is available via elevator or stairs. The only potential concern some may have would be security. I believe the listing stated security on site, and while there is a security booth, we never saw a guard during our six day stay. That being said, we NEVER felt unsafe, the property is in a great area, with no evidence to be concerned for personal safety. But if you're expecting a gated property, this isn't it. We loved our time here (2nd visit to CR), and we will absolutely rent this condo (or another in the property) again. Not sure how anyone could be disappointed with their decision to rent this unit.

Views were amazing.

We loved the location of the condo. The master bed was very comfortable. We used our unit as a place to sleep. There wasn’t much effort put forward to show the owners are aware of what people might need and enjoy. It felt like an adequate rental instead of a ocrean front paradise. The coffee cups didn’t match and had a winter pine / Christmas design instead of a cute beach theme. Some of the dishes were dirty. No beach towels or beach chairs or hairdryer. Old magazines for light cooking instead of trip ideas for CR We just didn’t feel like they really cared. From reading the guestbook, the owners do love the unit but I don’t feel my taste is the same as theirs. It felt inexpensive and just the minimum instead of consulting with a decorator. The storage closet had soap just on the floor. No shelves. No cupboards. No tv in the bedrooms. It was fine. Just fine. But when you’ve stayed at prettier places, you know when people have just done an ok job. Not bad. Just okay. Our friends stayed in the unit below us and if it hadn’t been for their unit we would have been disappointed with our vacation. The owners of their unit really put some effort into decorating and outfitting it with everything and anything to make it home. Beach towels, chairs, candles, chaise lounges on the patio, sunshades,pretty glassware, hair dryers. You name their unit had it. Beautiful coffee table books on CR, Spanish language books. The place was gorgeous! Tv in every bedroom. Pretty artwork, specialized wall paint. We just stayed with them all the time and felt sooo sad to leave CR. We ate dinner on their patio. Overall our trip was a 10 but not because of our unit. Our unit could be 5 stars with more touches for the guests. New dishes, new glassware, lounge chairs, beach towels and chairs, etc. nicer artwork, TVs in bedrooms, storage for cleaning items, just a once over with what would make it go from good to great. Not trying to be uncaring. But when you’ve seen excellent it is hard to feel really pleased with satisfactory.

Family Vacation

My family of four loved the nightly sunset view from the balcony, or from one of the outdoor pools. One evening as we waited for the sun to dip below the horizon a Humpback Whale breached three times in the distance along our sightline. Vacationing during the dry season, daily temps 94-97 F, we relished the A/C to cool down after a day spent outdoors. We would recommend this vacation rental to all!
