"This is a lovely spacious, very well maintained villa. The garden, pool and barbecue area are fabulous for a large group. There is plenty of sitting space and lounging space inside and out. The kitchen is very hi-spec and the sitting room is huge and furnished to a very high standard. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have a lovely large shared balcony with extra sunbeds. I Would highly recommend this villa for a group of friends or a family."

"We have just enjoyed an all round excellent stay at this property. As a group of 11 women wishing to spend some quality time together, this villa was perfect. Communication with the owner to book and prior the holiday was brilliant, they were happy to answer any questions I had and provided us with lots of useful information about our stay. Upon arrival it was obvious the photos don’t do the villa justice! Every room and space was beautiful, decorated tastefully, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking for big groups. The outside space was wonderful to eat as a group and relax either on the patio or by the pool. We had the pool heated which made it the perfect temperature for swimming in April, although we were lucky enough to have some sunshine! The villa is a 5 minute walk from a large supermarket, which we frequented often. We walked the 7 minutes to the beach and had an excellent meal at restaurant Simbad. We got taxis into old town Marbella and Puerto Banus, which took approx 20 mins to both. The airport is 30 mins away and we used a prearranged transfer service as recommended by the property owner. "We stayed at Frank's place from January 21 to Feb. 25, 2024. The place was in top shape, pictures reflect exactly. Frank was quick to respond to our every question before and after booking. The large apartment was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The welcome package was greatly appreciated - coffee, bread, milk, cheese, ham, eggs, butter and even a bottle of Spanish white! Parking is included as advertised but we recommend a small compact car if you rent one as the spot is tight. As we were there during the off season we were not able to enjoy the pool but could see that it was lovely as was the rest of the grounds. John and Angela, our contacts for the condo, were most helpful and responsive especially since we arrived late on a Sunday night. Angela changed the linen and towels every 2 weeks, a nice bonus. One thing to improve would be the size of the hot water tank. You could not take 2 showers in a row as the hot water would run out. Planning around that solved the problem. Overall, the condo is as advertised and we heartily recommend it for an enjoyable holiday in Marbella!"
