"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

"When you book the place, you will be emailed a 100-item inventory check list. That should have made us suspicious but we were naive thinking it is just a formality. "Just 4 of us staying after booking last minute for skiing. Short walk uphill to Grizzly lift made it easy to get on/off the slopes. Not far from shops of both peisey and vallandry. Quiet location. Locker room good, showers good, well equipped kitchen, separate dining and sofa areas. Would be a tight squeeze for 8 or 10, but perfect for what we needed. Alpine essence who run the properties were excellent."
