"The pictures are very accurate, but much better in person. Very modern, chic, and clean. My favorite part was how the hotel had beautiful spreads of fruits, nuts, and pastries every day. They also had unlimited coffees, teas, detox waters, etc, available 24/7. The cafe/office space was so clean, and always full of people working, which I enjoyed so much. It was quiet and so peaceful. "Wow, perfect hotel for our trip. Loved it. Clean and tidy and modern facilities. Really comfy bed and good air con. 5 minute walk from Terminal 1. Trams and train station available within a 5 minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, food was a little hit and miss in The Balm when it was busy (forgotten/wrong items) but corrected quickly. Would definitely stay here again."
