"Rose shared her incredible home with myself and 3 friends. She was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond any host I’ve ever stayed with. The location is a short walk from a fantastic bakery, and a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. There are plenty of bus stops in the area as well. Bottom line if you’re considering visiting Nice and the French Riviera you can’t get much better than this!"

"Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances dans ce logement. décoré avec goût et très spacieux. Très belle résidence idéalement située pour visiter les alentours, Grasse, Cannes, Antibes... Seul petit bémol, la personne chargée de la surveillance de la piscine était particulièrement désagréable. Par contre mention spéciale pour Marine, qui nous a accueilli et dont nous gardons un très bon souvenir !!"

"We booked the property for its convenient location to the sports stadium as we were watching matches in the rugby world cup. We had a warm and friendly greeting from Julie. The property is compact but very pretty. The facilities are good, nice coffee machine though a kettle for tea would have been useful. We also learnt how to master one-pot meals as just a single hotplate but that was not a problem. Nice little outdoor seating area screened from the main house by plants etc. The swimming pool...

"A superb location and wonderfully quiet. A truly authentic property with many original features and with much thought given to the design of the property to make the most of its position. "Erg mooie plek om je vakantie door te brengen. Klein maar sfeervol huisje met ter compensatie een erg groot zwembad met leuke overkapping barretje en zelfs een koelkast. Wij hebben hier zeker genoten. De bedden zijn helaas te klein (wij pasten er niet in). Net als de stahoogte in de badkamer. Die is te laag om rechtop te staan al je langer bent dan 1,85. Maar aangezien je toch het meeste buiten leeft een prima plekje."

"Pure magic! This little house is absolutely perfect in every way. It is beautifully appointed and decorated, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the privacy and serenity of the position amongst the peach orchards is something rarely found so close to the coast. Awesome hotel location, friendly staff!!
"The hotel location was perfect! Across from the Promenade, a block from our morning cafe latte & chocolate croissant. Our room faced the city (actually another building) which was very quiet & appreciated. The check-in staff was very friendly, helpful (my son had a bad cold, she helped us find a Chemist that was open on Sunday). They could not have been nicer. We took the #12 bus to/from the airport - so easy! Drops you off 2 min. from the hotel. Restaurants everywhere - the beach across the street, the train is a 12min walk, straight back from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay her again!! Thank you to all the Le Royal Team!!"
