"This was my second stay at Beaver Run and it was just as amazing as the first. The air just hits differently here. Morning coffee on the porch in a rocker watching the sunrise and seeing the forest awaken is my favorite part. It was cool enough this time to enjoy the hot tub in the evening (I’m not a big hot tub person but it was clean and wonderful!). I plan on coming again (and again and again and again!) to recharge my soul. Thank you for sharing your home!"

Great places like these are hard to find and when we do find them it seems harder and harder to find open dates. You will absolutely love this property but be aware of the washer and dryer situation. "We had the best time! It was the cutest place and so relaxing! Being right down the road from the state park was great."

"We enjoyed the weekend at the house very much. We had a boat so we were able to launch at a public boat ramp and spend part of Saturday on the lake. The house is secluded and private - care taker was a available and helpful by text message. Lots of inside and outside spaces for friends to gather and there’s a nice big kitchen for family meals. We would stay again since it’s also close to DFW."

"Loved this place! We stayed 2 nights for the solar eclipse and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was surprised that more than half the guests were from out of state! We even had a pretty large thunderstorm blow in on our last night and the Tipi’s were unphased by the rain/high wind. The owners stay close to the site and are the definition of Texas hospitality!
