"Overall excellent place to stay. I only have v minor issues which are probably more personal preference than anything. Shower flooded the whole bathroom on every use, air con was so noisy all night and pool could have used a clean to remove dead leaves. Other than that a wonderful place to stay"

"Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. There are 2 roads to drive in and out of the area, I'd recommend inquiring about the route that is wider. The apartment had everything we might require and we were provided...

"Everything was great until it was time for us to check out an early morning. No staff was to be found. We called the number that we were given if we needed help no one answered. They lock the front door so you’re trapped in there. Unless you go out through the garden did I mention it was pouring rain and I had all my bags with me and had to wait for the car service outside in the rain other than that the place was great"

"We loved our stay. It was a convenient location. It was very beneficial to be close to ferry, train and town. We had the luxury of a beautiful view and balcony. the place was very clean and the size was perfect. Would definitely recommend it. The only suggestions we have are: answer phone calls or voice mail, explain how to get off train and walk to residence (we had luggage and had to walk down and then up stairs), have at least 3 rolls of toilet paper, especially if we're paying to stay...

"We have just finished the most wonderful stay here. From the communications we received as soon as we booked, to the fantastic Apartment and the help we received when we asked. This apartment is brilliant. Really clean, great size, has all the amenities you need. And then you look out across a view that is just magnificent. One of the best places we have stayed at. "Small eclectic quiet hotel with high quality renovation of a historic building. Excellent staff especially Giuseppe (Joseph). Como itself was somewhat disappointing but not the hotel!"

"The view from this room was really pretty overlooking the lake. It is just up the hill from the train station and the town so easily walkable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host was very communicative. We were able to drop our luggage off at a sister property as we arrived earlier than the 2 o’clock check-in and didn’t want to tote everything up and down the hills. The balconies were an added bonus."
