"Hosts Jan and Peter were fab and made you feel at home straight away. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean with kettle, tea and coffee. The fridge was replenished every day with water, milk fruit juice and other breakfast items. Beechwood house is ideally positioned for bus and train into St Ives with some local restaurants locally. We will be definitely returning in the future."

"Meget stort og flot indrettet værelse, alt er meget rent og pænt - ja, det ser næsten ud, som om det lige var blevet malet og istandsat. "Such a peaceful spot. We had breakfast outside each morning while listening to the birds and then spotted constellations in the properly dark night sky. The cottage was well equipped with lots of quirky details, just as the name suggests and the location was perfect for us - handy for visiting family. The welcome was really warm, too. It would be lovely to return one day. "

"An excellent base from which to explore The Lizard, the host provided detailed and extensive information on how far beaches/places of interest were,both on foot or by car, as well as tide times and weather which is important since several of the beaches on the peninsula are highly tide dependent. Made it much easier to plan our day. While Kynance Cove gets a lot of attention there are many other less well known beaches that are equally stunning. Cooked breakfast was hearty and delicious....
