"Netter sympathischer Vermieter. Trotz des MissverstĂ€ndnisses mit der Agentur bezĂŒglich der Kaution. Hier gab es die Fehlinformation, dass die Kaution von 1000 Euro auch durch die Ăbertragung einer Versicherungspolice ĂŒber den Betrag fĂŒr den Aufenthalt gestellt werden kann. Das konnten wir pragmatisch mit Bargeld (Reisekasse Bankautomat) lösen. Das Haus wird liebevoll gepflegt und nach und nach erneuert. Leider war bei uns das WC im oberen Bad noch nicht nutzbar.
