Probably the best place we’ve ever stayed! It feels like something out of a fairytale. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The staff is always extremely friendly and ready to assist with anything you may need. If this resort had a full service restaurant it would be the greatest place EVER! Even without it they do have a really good breakfast and some great snack options like cheeses and bread. The pool is lovely and the ambience is just out of this world!

Modern, clean hotel, spacious room, parking adjacent. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good Italian restaurant in the hotel and great food hall with many choices next door. Across the street from the Cite du Vin which is an excellent wine museum. There are a few restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. It is a short tram ride (10 minutes) to central Bordeaux, and only a 22 minute drive to the airport.

The actual building and rooms are much nicer than the pics. Room was a bit on the smaller side with no closets for clothes or a tea kettle (but you can get one from the front desk) but very clean and comfy beds. The view from my room on 8th floor was decent. Breakfast is pretty good except for the coffee which was spoilt by the powdered milk in the machine- get a double expresso and add fresh milk (they even have soy milk and almond milk). Front desk was very helpful. Great value. Oh and there...

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was largish with a very comfortable extra-large sized bed. Everything was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We had a good dinner in the hotel on one of the nights during our stay.
