"This hotel seemed to be brand new. Very clean and nice. It was easy to take a water bus from the hotel to the main area of Venice, or to Murano or Burano. But one night the water busses stopped running early, and we had to go all the way to the train station and then get a cab. So make sure you know the water bus schedule. The breakfast in the morning was good, too. "
