"They were so nice to switch us to a room on the first floor. My wife had trouble walking to the fifth floor because of a hip problem. The room was clean and comfortable."

"The room was very clean. The staff were very courteous and quick to help with anything we needed. We were in a junior suite with canal views. It was a wonderful view with full balcony. The boat noise was only loud with the doors open and the room was very quiet overnight. Highly recommend and would choose this hotel again. "
