The property is ideally located. Very accessible via water taxi and right in San Marco. We walked to shops, restaurants and sites. I would definitely stay here again!

Super convenient to either the S. Samuel or the Accademia ferry stop line 2 for daily use. Cristina arranged for a private water taxi to and from the Marco Polo airport since the Foresteria Levi has its own boat dock. If you are traveling with luggage the S. Samuel is the easiest way since there is only one very small bridge to cross vs. the large Accademia bridge. Stayed in the quadruple room which was a loft style room with a queen bed and a twin bed upstairs and 2 twin beds downstairs that could have easily been put together for a 2nd couple. This room would ultimately accommodate 5 people is necessary but keep in mind only one bathroom which is downstairs. Small sitting area with two chairs, mini fridge and a safe. Last but not least the air conditioning in the room was AMAZING and very cold. You control the temperature, the flow and the speed vs having the hotel control the settings. The air flowed great for both levels of the room. Cristina was an amazing host and I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Venice.

Foresteria Levi was exactly what we needed. Centrally located close to the Accademia bridge it allowed us to visit all the sites in Venice in the short time we had. Our room was clean and spacious and accommodated our family of four. It provided a breakfast at a reasonable cost. Staff was very nice and helpful. At the end of our stay we had a water taxi come directly to the location’s own dock on the central canal to take us to the train station.

The smaller beds were super uncomfortable. Seemed like they never sweep the floors, there were a lot of hairs all over the floor. The air conditioning is very week, got too hot at night. The pros were that the hotel is located in a convenient spot near the water taxis.

On grand canal! We took a private water boat from airport to the dock. $230/family. Two story room. Slept four. Yes Airconditioning/weak but had one. Breakfast $10 euro on site. Large spread of choices. The arrival to dock was the best way to start our peaceful vacation. Very close to all sites, easy walking to ice cream, restaurants, and scenic bridges. Felt safe. Had a nighttime code to enter building after office closed 10 pm. Family of four from USA. Highly recommend this hotel. Easy. Safe. Location on water. No frills and loved it as authentic and clean.

de la estacion de tren , se toma la linea uno del vaporeto y se baja uno es academia , justo frente al hotel , pero hay que cruzar un puente largo, con escalones pequeños y muy alto , muy dificil con maletas grandes para llegar al hotel !!!!!! en la estacion academia para comprar boletos de vaporeto hay un par de mujeres que ofrecen ayuda ,cuidado !!! son carteristas ; me trataron de robar mi cartera !!!!!!

I book a room that had a loft but they put me in a room without one on first night and the ac was not even working. They refused to refund me or credit me. But they did put me into the loft room for second night which was a lot better and what I had booked for. But the hassle of packing my bags and taking them down storing them in lockers was a huge hassle

This was our first hotel on a 3-week European holiday and one of the best properties. Their breakfast was, by far, our favorite of the entire trip. Great selection of food that was constantly and meticulously overseen by the staff. Our room was quiet and good air conditioning and the hotel elevator made moving bags very easy. We like to stay at properties that are outside the most heavily touristed areas of a city and this property delivered. You're still just a 10-minute walk from the "action" but can enjoy a quiet night's sleep. Yet you're still a 2-minute walk to the Grand Canal and the gorgeous Accademia Bridge. An Alilaguna stop is that same 10-minute walk so getting to the airport couldn't be easier. Love this hotel.
