Cozy and idyllic hotel

Small and cozy hotel on quiet and idyllic alley. Clean rooms, air conditioning working excellently. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Very short distance from the train station.

The place and the hotel was very beautiful and cute! It was very near those canals and all places what we want to see! It was very near the railwaystation, so it was very easy to come there! Thanks a lot!

Close to the train station, no stairs so that is nice. You see a lot of people struggling with suitcases over the bridges. The bathroom window would not stay close, therefore letting some mosquitoes in. We kept the door shut to the bathroom to keep the bugs out so the bathroom was very hot because the air conditioning could not reach it. We managed, never complained because we were only there for 2 nights. If we stayed longer we would have needed a bigger place but this did okay for a quick in and out.

Very money minded staff . I think it was family owned business. Long story short not worth it at all with$ 250 dollars.no mini refrigerator.very small shower. Bugs and mosquitoes all around …and many more

Very close to the train station and off the Main Street with plenty of dining options . The only thing I can say negative is they will only give you one key card. I got a sick belly and my young men wanted to go out for the evening. I had to get up late to go open the door for them because reception leaves at 10:30. I could not send the card with them because power to room shuts off without it. Very inconvenient.

Location was near train station, shops, restaurants. Walking to san Marco square took about 30 minutes but easy walk. Hotel staff were all kind and helpful. Clean facility. Would stay here again.

Péssima experiência, fujam desse hotel!

Péssima experiência, o hotel é velho, não é antigo. Quarto com cheiro de mofo, o ar-condicionado não funcionava, duas vezes foram tentar consertar, e sem sucesso, em pleno verão na itália e nos deixaram simplesmente em um quarto sem ar-condicionado e não trocaram nosso quarto. Sendo que as vezes que foram consertar a gente estava no quarto descansando, a gente pagando por um quarto que não podíamos ficar e ainda passando calor. Banheiro é minúsculo, e precisa entrar de lado no box do banheiro.

장점) 위치:산타루치아 역에서 도보 5분 정도인데 평지라 캐리어 끌고 가기에 아주 편리합니다. 신축호텔인지 호텔 내부와 방이 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절해서 얼리 체크인, 짐보관등이 가능했습니다. 단점) 1.제가 머무르던 방은 방음이 잘 안되어 옆방 샤워물소리가 크게 났으며, 화장실에서 옆 방 소리가 비교적 크게 들렸는데 한국인들이었으면 대화 내용을 알아 들을 정도였어요. 2.방이 좁지 않은데 미적인 고려만 했는지 작은 콘솔 두 개 만 있어 물건 등을 올려 놓을 자리가 부족해 바닥에 늘어놓고 있었습니다. 3. 와이파이 속도가 느려서 답답, 호텔에서도 로밍데이터를 썼습니다.

Close to the train station and airport bus stop. Close to ferry stop also. Many places to eat. Hotel breakfast is limited. No kettle in the room. No Engligh TV channels. We paid for the breakfast separatly. Not included to room rates. Quiet area but we heard other guests coming ang going, talking, flushing toilets, even the turn on and off light switches.

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Sind knapp vor 22 Uhr aufgrund der Verspätung des Zuges angekommen - check-in war trotzdem überhaupt kein Problem - haben sich tel. gemeldet. Zimmer und Badezimmer sauber, jeden Tag gereinigt, Handtücher getauscht (ohne nachzufragen, aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit), Gelsenstecker vorhanden, Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, aber trotzdem mitten im Geschehen. Viele Lokale, Geschäfte in der Nähe, super Anbindung zum Bahnhof, Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend (Müsli, Wurst, Käse, Gebäck,Kuchen, etc) - Preis Leistung total ok Gepäck konnte noch im Hotel gelassen werden, auch nach dem check-out

It was very clean. Small shower space; a big person would not have been able to get in. No ice offered at this property, which would have been nice to have, since there was no fridge. No satellite TV, so all channels are Italian, and all English movies are dubbed with Italian voices. Dark panels over the windows, which makes the rooms very dark. Many buildings have these though. However, Venice was very lovely and charming.
