Everything about our stay was wonderful. Working with staff prior to our arrival regarding transportation arrangements, the beautiful room, and a great breakfast service. Quite location with many good restaurants close to the hotel. We will be recommending the Carnival Palace Hotel to our friends and will stay here again if we're lucky enough to return to Venice.

Great rooms! Right off the 5.2 Vaporetta. Very helpful staff, Away from the busy crowds. The only challejnge is most of the activities are planned in San Marcos square which is a 20 minute walk or a 30 min vaporetta ride. Be sure to get the day passes for the ferry when you go here.

Fantastic hotel with a convenient location! The staff were helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms well maintained. We asked for the air-conditioning to be turned on in order to have some air flow through the room to which they obliged to do so. When extra pillows were requested they also promptly provided the extra pillows. Overall will stay again

The hotel is lovely, the staff were all very helpful friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice of hot cold food. The location is great with water bus stops (including the airport water bus) a couple of minutes walk. It is very convenient for all the main attractions but is in a quieter area around 20 minutes walk away. There are nice, reasonably priced bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
