Everything was great. I tried to do 5 stars and my app wouldn’t let me! This is a great hotel, excellent staff, fun bartenders, perfect location away from crowds, water taxi can pull right up to front, beds are comfy , very clean and safe hotel, loads of restaurants close by. I’d definitely stay again

This hotel was a gem of a find. About 15-20 on foot from the transit terminal, on a quieter side canal, no hoards of pedestrian traffic line the main routes, but just a short walk to all the main tourist routes. It is a bit of a hike , maybe :45 to San Marco square. The facilities and staff were top notch, the breakfast satisfy, with plenty of options for an American palate. We stayed 5 nights. Would be confident to recommend to friends family.

Friendly staff greeted us immediately upon arrival and were helpful and kind throughout our stay. We included breakfast with our stay and they provided a very lovely spread each morning. The hotel is located right on the canal and is mere steps from the Tre Archi vaporetto stop making it incredibly convenient to get around Venice during your stay. We would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Excellent service! We arrived mid-morning and not only were they able to get our room ready, but they even gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room. Wonderful free breakfast buffet and really appreciated the extra service of booking a dinner reservation for us. Top notch hotel in Venice.
