Absolutely beautiful Manor Hotel.
Situated in a beautiful location too.
Double room is a really good size and very comfortable bed.
Could not fault our stay at all, even when I rang up for special requests for my now fianc ée about our engagement.
Definitely visiting again.
Lovely hotel. Staff helpful. Enjoyed using leisure facilities (swim and sauna). Upgraded room was gorgeous with extremely large comfortable bed. Breakfast was a feast.
Cannot fault the hotel
only criticism was the food, expensive considering not the best, had the chicken, very dry no sauce, had to order pepper sauce to moisten it. breakfast staff werent good, offered tea and coffee, did not explain to guests that they could order hot food, just told people yo help themselves to a very small buffet, no offer of toast, sauces etc, had to keep asking!

Lovely location and staff were fab. all lights were on a sensor setting which is great, however, was told my room number and it was down a ‘corridor’ went down said corridor and had to go up each small flight of stairs to to each room before light came on and I could see what room it actually was, Food in bar was a tad overpriced, mac n cheese with chicken was £17, no side salad, garlic bread etc. Just cheesey pasta and chicken. Small things I know but still a pain, overall a lovely place.

Lovely hotel in beautiful part of the world. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful!!
There are things that definitely need improving though:
- decor is a bit old and could use a refresh.
- the eating area and food have much to be desired. Had the lasanga (costing around £17) and was a dry shrivelled up piece of pastry with a sprinkle of cheese and a dry crusty piece of bread with some garlic. Absolutely shocking and comparible to prison food in my opinion. Actually, possibly worse...
- breakfasts were ok, but again had eggs benedict which was average but the sauce tasteless and eggs a little undercooked. Second day had an omelette which was scrambled eggs with filling left to harden in the pan and slid onto the plate. Not even folded or garnished. First time I've had an omelette unfolded and looked like a 5 year old had made it.
- glassware left on table is dirty. 5hink you should invest in a better dishwasher or steam and wipe glassware put on table.
- my partner and I both felt unwell for a couple days after the food but can't put this solely down to the hotel as we ate elsewhere as well.
Advice would be lovely, friendly and picturesque place to stay at affordable rates, breakfast is dubious but adequate (so worth it if included in room price at no additional cost). But don't waste you money on dinner as you'll be sorely dissapointed.
P.s. You're staff are incredibly friendly, polite and accommodating. It is so nice to see such great service.
Great stay, as usual, this being our 5th visit. They offer the best hotel breakfast ever, great selection of cold food plus a superb full cooked breakfast. Rooms are large and very comfortable with a wonderful bed. Together with the pool this hotel offer a great experience. We will be back for more of the same.

Every footstep taken in the room (room 2), was creaky. I was up and down in the night, so the creak of my every footstep woke my daughter up. Together with this, the fact that the bathroom light was on a sensor, meant that I had to shut the door properly in between each visit, which cause yet more noise because the door was also noisy. This was a real shame because otherwise the experience was excellent.
Also, we pass the hotel entrance because there is only a sign on one side of the main road entrance. It would be useful if there was one on both sides because it is invisible, otherwise - and the SAT NAV doesn't give specific enough instructions. Thank you.
Excellent location, with accommodation and room size well above arrange. Plentiful breakfast with a great choice. Staff friendly and helpful. An enjoyable stay. Will definetly return.
Fantastic hotel we stayed for the Snowden Marathon. Hotel service and food are amazing. Highly recommended we will be back again next year. Only addition that would improve hotel is the reinstating of the hot tub by the swimming pool. Keep up the good work Jim and Anna
Excellent value for the facilities offered. Set back from the road so very quiet but out in the countryside so no close restaurants to try out. Comfortable large room with 4 piece bathroom suite. Great breakfast and good quality dinners.
A lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds.Rooms spacious and well presented, helpful staff and quick checkin.Excellent cooked breakfast with a variety of fruit, hams etc.Theswimming pool complex is fantastic, adjacent to a sauna, which we used constantly.Only gripe was the restaurant,we waited 45 minutes for our main course for fish pie, which when it eventually arrived was a let down. But all in all had a wonderful stay, and will definetly be back.
Overall hotel was good, excellent location, grounds and staff, room and bed big and spacious.
Eat in the restaurant on the first night, next 3 nights eat out as we were not impressed.
Bathroom requires attention as the bath panel was warped, and the mastic around the bath was black.
However we will definitely stay their again.
The staff were really friendly and helpful but undertrained. The food was ok but nothing to write home about. Our room was full of cobwebs which were big enough to catch a cat! Cups in the room were dirty.
It is a very nice hotel with wonderful staff. A few tweaks would make it so much better.
This small country hotel is a hidden gem - set just off the main road into Caernarfon and in its own well kept grounds. It has plenty of parking. The rooms a well furnished and very spacious . Spotlessly clean. Welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast though dinner wasn’t great I would have no hesitation in booking again - excellent value for money
We had a great 3 nights. Staff very welcoming on arrival and throughout the stay. Pool was a bonus. Only negative was the ambience and atmosphere in the restaurant. Overall we had a good experience and would recommend to friends.
