I had to chase for the entry codes to the property, literally an hour before arrival at the place. Possibly because I booked through Expedia, but that shouldn't be my problem, and it really annoyed me. Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light. Room itself is absolutely fine, and quite pleasant although would do with a spoon and a proper cup or two...

many things, the room manual with places to eat and historical locations to visit. The shower was so nice and LARGE. Nice to be able to turn around and not bump into the control handle, or bend over to wash your toes. The bed was very comfortable. The Air Conditioner actually works. Plus we did not hear any of the other guests during the night, but we know new guests arrived and departed during our stay. Also great location, easy to walk to the City Center, or take a bus to any part of the city. We found some great places to eat, to have a coffee, to enjoy a cocktail, and learn about the history of Sardinia and Cagliari.

La camera è nuova e super confortevole, check-in contactless veloce e intuititvo, situata a circa 1 km e mezzo dal centro città. Do' 4 su 5 solo perché non offre la colazione per il resto molto bella

Accueil inexistant

A notre arrivee aucun parking. Personne pour nous recevoir. Au bout de plusieurs essais au telephone une femme nous dit de nous garer dans la rue et que l'on peut prendre la clef sur le bureau.. Galère pour trouver une place. Pas de litterie pour notre fille de 2 ans. Chambre propre mais accueil inexistant et bon courage pour trouver une place à proximité.

L’unica pecca, non aver ricevuto per mail le iscrizioni e i codici di accesso, inoltre avevo chiesto due letti e invece il letto era matrimoniale. La camera era pulita e accogliente.

Non ho potuto soggiornare nonostante la prenotaz.

Purtroppo la scorsa notte non ho soggiornato in quanto al mio arrivo, ammetto in orario tardo, il codice apri porta non ha funzionato per cui ho dovuto pagare un’altra struttura per dormire la notte. Non avrei lasciato una recensione negativa ma visto lo scarso interessi nei miei confronti da parte dell’host e subito dopo di Hotels.com, non mi resta altro che sconsigliare ad altri potenziali clienti di usare gli automatismi perché possono incappare nello stesso problema, meglio sincerarsi per tempo con il padrone di casa.

NO VAYAN - PERDIDA DE DINERO Y MENTIROSO

Una decepción total. Llegamos y no habían mandado el código de ingreso. Me lo dieron y no funcionaba. El parking gratuito es en la calle por lo que tuvimos que pagar 8 euros x dia. El desayuno incluido eran 3 galletas y cafetera dentro de la habitación. Dicen que hablan en español y NO es asi. Lo único recomendable del hotel (que no es hotel) es la cama y la ducha. Para encender una lampara hay que desenchufar algo porque no hay toma corriente disponible. Cuando nos fuimos no nos despidió nadie. Le pedimos que ese dia no limpiaran la habitación y al día siguiente no la limpiaron directamente, no tienen señalización de “no molestar”, no tienen detección de incendios, no tienen matafuegos. Sinceramente no se cómo está habilitado. Si hubiese un incendio nos moríamos todos ahi dentro. El wifi detestable y estamos en 2023 no en el 2000, casi no funcionaba en los móviles. Uno de los paquetes de galletas estaba en mal estado, con gusto rancio asique podría haberme intoxicado. No los denuncié porque ya venia pasándola mal y no quería mas problemas pero era para dormir una noche e irse. No recomiendo nada, salvonla chica que limpia que es simpática y nos dió toallas limpias cuando no limpiaron. Lo demás, horroroso.

Un 10 para todo con la salvedad que no hubo desayuno, tres cápsulas de café y tres galletas era lo que había en la habitación el primer día, con respecto a lo demás vuelvo a repetir ha sido fantástico, volvería sin duda.

Struttura sita al piano quarto di edificio condominiale. Posizione semicentrale e quasi sotto casa alcune linee di trasporto per il centro storico e la marina. Parcheggio difficile e non sempre nelle vicinanze, cosa che cambia nel tardo pomeriggio e nella sera dove posti si trovano più facilmente. Per accedere al condominio (non viene fornita chiave portoncino) bisogna suonare il campanello 3 volte, la suoneria a qualsiasi ora del giorno e soprattutto della notte (per chiunque faccia tardi o molto tardi) crea disturbo e fastidio. Nella mia camera presenti cuscini letto dello spessore di coprisedie cioè praticamente inutili. Sul balcone presenti i resti di una tenda ridotta a straccio e strappata dalla struttura di alluminio: nella notte in caso di vento sbatte in continuazione. Nel folder plastificato posto all'interno della stanza recante tutte le notizie relative all'ospitalità non si fa' menzione e non si evidenzia attenzione agli orari notturni, ai rumori (non esiste insonorizzazione)e al comportamento da osservare in tarda serata: è una norma di educazione, rispetto e civiltà che nelle notti in cui sono stato ospite sono state totalmente disattese.
