The main listing makes it sound like this is a whole house, but it’s actually two completely separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and no connecting door between the two, then the kitchen and seating areas are outside. (This is more obvious in the detailed description if you click through and read the whole thing, but could be clearer in the main description...

"Great location, very close to a local grocery store and just a short walk to the beach. Peaceful and cozy. Beds are comfortable.perfect place for the kids to disconnect without a tv and social media. Shelly the host was very kind and offered advice and recommendations on local hangout spots, beaches and all sorts of cool activities in the area. "
