"Hotel David is one of the best hotel I ever been in my entire life, but I’ve been in a lot. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast is fantastic. You are allowed to have two or three non-alcoholic drinks from the bar every day and on the top of that you have happy hour with free wine and snack. That sounds like pretty much all inclusive hotel. The historical part of Florence is a walkable distance."

They were also very accommodating when I arrived late for dinner—allowing me to dine in their restaurant even though they were close to closing and I didn’t have a reservation. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated that they provided convenient transportation to the city center. "Excellent place to stay in Florence. The site has everything we needed - nice restaurant, good shop and a swimming pool. The is a frequent and cheap bus into town at the entrance to the site. We stayed in a bungalow and it was perfect for two people in a lovely large bed with a nice outside seating area."
