" I requested when I booked online about a room on ground or 1st. Floor. At ‘check in’ it took a bit of time for reception to find the room I requested. She managed eventually and I was given key to room 62A, on the ground floor which I would regard as sub standard compared to our friends room (140)."

I wouldn’t say it was worth the £355 we paid for 2 nights. We’d expect much better quality for that price. "

"With a 7 yr old boy and a 10 yr old boy. Swimming pool was warm and fun. Went to to sports hall for football and badminton. Next day went cycling. We had a little dog with us and it was no problem. All of Aviemore is dog friendly. Lovely time. "

"The room was good. Comfy bed. Clean. Breakfast average. Good parking. Check in was absolutely absurd. Arrived at 3:00 and did not get into room until 4.30!! It appears if you do not book direct you are shunted to the back of the queue and that includes Expedia They give you deals and then treat you like third class citizens. No explanations - no apologies. Absolute disgrace!"
