The Space:

Designed for easy coastal living, the open-plan living area is a welcoming place to reconnect after beach days, with comfortable sofas, a TV, ceiling fan, and split-system air conditioning and heating providing year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering effortless with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave and generous bench space, while the timber dining table comfortably seats six.



Overlooking the lagoon and landscaped gardens, the main balcony offers an outdoor dining setting for four where every meal comes with a picturesque outlook. Just below the apartment, the shared resort-style pool and surrounding sun loungers create another welcoming space to enjoy the Queensland sunshine.



The primary bedroom pairs a king bed with access to a private balcony overlooking leafy surrounds, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. Both are equipped with split-system air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is stocked with quality essentials.



A private laundry with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack and iron adds convenience for longer stays. Lift access and secure garage parking for one vehicle make coming and going effortless throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, with access to the shared pool. Please make yourselves at home!
