Staff were nice. Re room 132 - Faucet in the bathroom worked, but was not upright (broken & leaned over). Lampshades need to be replaced ASAP (dirty/moldy). Bathroom has some spotted mold on ceiling (fan didn’t work). Air conditioning was good. Lots of space. Bed was comfortable.

Only stayed for one night..room was clean however dusty..when turned on the shower it either went too cold or too hot not a good experience...had no water in fridge for the price. Could not access the hotel kitchen for water. Location was good...but would not return for another stay

The hotel is in a great location—the beachfront promenade is within walking distance, as is everything else you might need. For an additional fee, you can rent a parking space in the garage, but there are also parking spots available right outside. The hotel itself could use a bit of a makeover, but it was clean and the air conditioning worked well.

Often stay at Hides because it is so central. I’ve been staying there for at least 30 years. It’s a bit jaded but ok. I do object to paying about $170 a night and only have the room serviced once in 4 days. No butter at breakfast the last day. But I am fond of the old thing and will continue to patronise her!

The room we stayed in our first night had lots of black mold on the ceiling of the shower, and no towels for us to use. The message from the property indicated that they would be on site for check-in until 10PM. But when we arrived at 9, they were not there. Because of this, there was no one there to help with our issues and we were. forced to stay in the unclean room. I went to the front desk first thing in the morning and they were very helpful and switched our room without issue. No problems with the front desk staff. We stay exclusively in budget accommodations, and this was the first time we have had to have our room switched because of mold in a room. Our second room was very clean (and had clean towels), but it was a disappointing first night.
