For exploring further afield, there’s a local bus service to take you into Cairns city or nearby beaches. If you’re hiring a car, secure garage parking is included, and it’s just a 20-minute drive to the airport or Cairns CBD.

* 🔇 Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM.

* 🚭 Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

* 🪜 No lift access. The apartment is located on the top floor and is accessible only by stairs.

* 🚗 Secure garage parking is available, along with shared parking spaces within the gated complex.

* 🧳 Luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed.

* 🧴 A complimentary starter kit with essential items is provided to help you get settled in. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up supplies as needed.



🧺 Housekeeping & Mid-Stay Cleans



Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.



Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.



For stays of more than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $159 per service applies.
