Loved it!

This is a great property for families or friends touring Cairns. The house is big enough that you can all be together in the main kitchen/living/dining area but also private enough to be in your own space when necessary. Also, most rooms have their own bathroom which is also a big plus.

Great location

Very central to our family and wedding venues and we spent a lot of time using the pool and outside eating area which has bbq fridge dishwasher. Large house to also find a quiet spot if wanted

Easter weekend

The house was very large so was excellent for 5 kids and 4 adults. Pool table was good fun when inside. Pool area was great, although pool was not large.

Perfect family base

We loved our stay at Seaclusion. Perfect for 2 families to use as a base for exploring the region. The pool table was great to keep us all entertained in the evening. The location was great, approx a 35min walk up the beach to enjoy a few cocktails at Palm Cove. Paul was easy to communicate with and got back to me about information very quickly.

Big Birthday Celebrations

Was absolutely awesome ..The house was beautiful and paul was the absolute best to deal with...Sadly there are buildings being built so very loud and the neighbour has friends that come in and out at the front of house heaps and noisy car but this is all no fault of the property ..Beautiful place

The White House with great views

The property is in a great location, beach and 20 mins walk to palm cove. The house is very spacious never felt crowded. Love the fact that each bedroom had their own ensuite. The pool is heated. Love the louvre on the windows nice sea breeze at all times. Very clean. Highly recommended. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic property for large groups

The house was large and spacious, billiard table was a winner with the family, the outdoor area and BBQ well set up. The pool was user friendly and you had the choice if you wanted sun or shade. Lovely views of the water from the kitchen/dining area and master bedroom. In the evening you can hear the waves, and only a short walk to the beach. Paul was truly a super host as he could not have been more accommodating to our needs, we are truly thank full to him for making our stay perfect.

Fantastic venue

I rented the property to celebrate significant birthdays of my children &spouses.10 off us plenty of room.Great location.Weather was rather cooler than we had envisaged but we don't have control over that. Paul was very easy to deal with .Thank you so much will come again.Only one small thing there is no pool table as listed on line

Nice location little traffic no shops within walking distance. 4.5 star

This is a lovely home well suited for a large family. The only bad thing i will report is the two main bedrooms are located below where the neighbours park their cars. Every morning at 5.50 the pair start there diesel utes leave them warm up and leave for work. Ps i am sorry for the damage to the bedroom wall this was my youngest grandson room. Please except my apology.

Clifton Beach Get Away

There was enough space for our family of 14. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. We utilised most of the kitchen appliances and bbq facility. There are 2 things I believe needs to improve. Aircon: I found the aircon did not cool the house down enough because it was locked at 22*C at it’s lowest. We sometimes felt the fans were not enough. Cleaning products: we had to purchase some cleaning items like paper towel, garbage bags, dishwasher tablet and washing machine tablet as there was not enough of them.

Birthday Celebration

I booked this accommodation for my family - five adults and three children to celebrate my sons birthday. Communications with Paul were always great and he was very accommodating with a later check out due to our flight being bumped up several hours. The house is in a great location with great views of the sea. House is large and well set up. Outdoor kitchen was great for party celebrations. Pool water a little cool but still managed to swim. Children’s playground a short walk away and Coco Mojo’s five minutes down the street for morning coffee. The pool table was a great hit with my three sons. Palm Cove short drive away. My family and I created some wonderful memories. Thank Paul for being such a great host.

Property well located

Property was well located at the end of a cup-de-sac. Although, good property overall the layout of the rooms was not quite suited for two families with small kids as the bedrooms were to far apart. Also, as some of the rooms were located downstairs where the entertainment area was it meant that u had to be quiet through the house once the kids went down. There is however a very good restaurant only 5 min walk from the house and the location of the house was easy to depart and arrive from long trips north and south of Cairns. Overall good experience (one significant downside is the cost of the stay, which was more expensive compared to an overseas travel for two weeks stay, with flights and half of your meals paid for, but at present I would suggest that a number of landlords are taking advantage of the lack of travel overseas)

Seaclusion is a beautiful, spacious house in an ideal location between Cairns and Port Douglas

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful, airy, well equipped house. As we entered the foyer and went up the stairs all that could be heard was “ wow”! The upstairs living areas are open to ocean views with plenty of seating. We enjoyed coffee on the veranda watching the sun rise over the ocean and in the evenings the outdoor kitchen with grill, dishwasher and microwave. The house is beautifully landscaped with a water garden out front and attractive pool outback. We found this house perfectly located for trips to Cairns for boat trips to snorkel the Great Barrier Reef and Port Douglas and the Daintree rain forest. The beach is only steps away and Palm Cove, with many restaurants and shops, is walkable or just a quick drive down the road. There is a restaurant just around the corner for drinks and good food. Paul was very easy to work with and he quickly answered any questions we had about the property. In closing, this house is beautiful, has a well equipped kitchen and made our stay in Clifton Beach a wonderful one!

Could not ask for a better house, location or view

Saw online and booked for 4 adults and one teenager. Brilliant communication with Paul who was more than willing to sort out our dates mix up and was willing to advise us on trips, restaurants and cafes etc. Any problems were addressed immediately by Paul. The house was awesome. Photos don’t do it justice. The view was the best. Looking at the ocean while cooking in the kitchen or eating at the dining table. We tended to live in the pool area, which included everything one would need. Beautiful gardens and pond area. Short walk to beach. Secure parking. Could not ask for anything better. It would be hard to beat anywhere in Queensland. Clifton Beach is a brilliant location. Was looking a Palm Cove first, but so glad to change the location. So close to supermarket, shops and a great cafe 5mins walk away. Well done to you Paul. Thank you so much for everything. Would gladly return and recommend to anyone. Such a beautiful property and the perfect place for a family getaway. Every amenity that you could possibly wish for available. Christmas 2024

We had an amazing time at this property. The property is well designed and was perfect for our family of 11 adults.The kitchen had everything a large group needed especially having plates/ utensils / glasses for everyone. We had a fantastic bbq outside by the pool. The outside kitchen area has a A large bbq, workspace ,fridge and even a dishwasher.The air conditioning worked perfectly and we had to turn it down at times even given the high temperatures!I can’t think of any negatives and I am sure any family would have an enjoyable stay.

This house is ideal for a group of 8 singles or 4 couples or 3 families in my opinion. Great spot, plenty of space, excellent pool, amazing access to beach and walking track.

Family holiday

This property was the perfect choice for our family holiday. The location is perfectly situated close to the beach, and beautiful Palm Cove. We enjoyed our time very much including a morning walk or jog to a coffee spot in Palm Cove. Paul is an excellent host and very responsive if you need anything.
