We had a really lovely stay at the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel. It was easy to get to, check-in was very straightforward, and the staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room itself was lovely and exactly what you would expect from a Renaissance hotel. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and well presented, and the bathroom was especially nice with an amazing shower and bath. The only very minor thing that would have been handy was having plug sockets on both sides of the bed, but this really didn’t affect our stay. The pool area was more than adequate and a lovely place to relax, gym was good as well! We also had food at the bar, which was very good. There was a slight issue with one of our meals, but I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally the waiters and manager dealt with it. They resolved everything straight away, and the way they handled it definitely left a very positive impression. The location is also great, particularly having the Marriott next door and easy access if you want to play golf or use the surrounding facilities. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it.

My stay at the hotel was one of the best I had. The staff made it a welcoming stay. From check in, to spending time at the pool bar, dining options, happy hour options and of course personal touch in my room thanks to Shaina, the assistance of the concierge to visit the Museum and immaculate arrangement including for the the airport shuttle pick up and departure… I can go on and on . Everyone served with a smile. That meant a lot to me. My thanks to each and everyone !!!!
