"It's a very nice place. The location is awesome besides the very loud construction next door. There's a Whole Foods right down the street and some shops too. I really enjoyed the apartment itself. "First off, the location of my stay was incredible! Walking distance to shopping outlets, fast food, and even restaurants which was an amazing! From the booking, to checking in, and checking out, it was all a breeze, communication between the host and I was consistent, and no delay if there was any problems. "When we arrived the room smelled like smoke and there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It took a few days to get the AC unit fixed. The smoke smell was there through out our stay even though we had the windows open. I am guessing this was a smoking room when it was a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise, great location and a good property."

"The parking situation at Cozy Suites was absolutely horrible. Nobody tells you when you book that you have to walk half a mile to your apartment. If you book an apartment in building five, you would think your parking would be near/around building five but no instead your parking is across the entire complex at the end of another building. When you call to to see about getting a closer parking all they say is, I’m sorry and it’s a safe complex to walk. My family and I will not be staying here...

"The property was great! It is close to good restaurants and walking along the canal. I had difficulties opening the door and the owners were quite helpful. It is important to read the information in the link provided about the property. Currently, there is construction across the street so it was quite noisy. I would stay again!"

"The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair."

"My stay was good. My room was clean and recently renovate. Overall the stay was okay. We didn’t get free breakfast because of the renovation but that’s fine my main issue was my first night, my tv wasn’t working. I went downstairs to tell staff but she didn’t do anything I told staff again next day and she fix it no problem, don’t understand why I couldn’t get it fixed first day."
