The staff at the hotel were very friendly, especially the reception team. They really helped me a lot since I came from Dubai and did not know the local language, but their English was excellent. Amazing personalized service

The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing. Their service level was over the top as they catered to our every single need, and we had several of them because we were doing a film production in Cakovec. Can’t say enough about how well they accommodated us. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in town.

Sehr leckere Drinks… negativ, wir schlafen immer mit ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage aber trotzdem machte diese immer wieder Geräusche. Es hörte sich an als ob eine kleine Pumpe für 5-6 Sec. anläuft.
