The reception staff was very helpful in providing information and arranging transport to the medical center. "Our stay at Cala Martina was lovely, for what we paid we didn’t expect 5* and I think that’s what people expect sometimes! Our room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely garden area with 2 sun loungers and a table with chairs, the bed was made everyday apart from when the hippy market was on. "Hotel staff were really nice and the maids did an excellent job keeping the place clean. The apartment we stayed in was very basic, cooking any decent meal was a pain, so really we would have been better going all inclusive. The beds were awful, really thin mattresses and very uncomfortable. Apart from that they were kept incredibly clean by the maids so 5/5 for them! "Great stay, the staff were really friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Great location, perfect pool area for sunbathing and having a few afternoon drinks. Great music and vibe by the pool. Hotel was immaculate, room was just as shown in picture. Hotel is a short and lovely 10-15 minute walk along the promenade to San Antonio and all the bars and nightlife if that’s what you enjoy. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel area also."
