"Just returned home from an excellent stay at villa Santa Brigida. The villa is in an excellent location, just an easy 10 minute stroll from the centre of Cala'n Porter. All facilities are great, especially the outside eating area and the pool. Communication with Julio was perfect, both before and during our stay. "Tolle Lage, wunderbare Aussicht aufs Meer. Strand gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöner, sauberer Pool. Küche teilweise renoviert. Neuer Kühlschrank und Herd/Backofen.Küchenschränke ziemlich marode. Oberes Bad schön gross und renoviert.Betten sehr unbequem, Ferdern haben durchgedrückt. Kommunikation am Anfang sehr gut. Schnelle Antwort und innert kürze wurde eine Lampe im Bad ersetzt.Am Abreisetag kam gar keine Antwort auf Anfrage. "

"Amazing food. Lovely staff especially in dining areas and bar. Fabulous pool and views. What let it down was the Cleanliness of floors and windows. Glass was being cleaned as we left but had been really dirty for several days. Floors at pool were filthy due to sand blowing in with the rain but were also left for several days. Toilet floors were also swept but rarely mopped. Spa was wonderful but some parts look a bit tired. Room seemed unusually small. Been before and had a lovely suite with a jacuzzi but only had a premium room this time and it was very small. We asked to change rooms but were told they were fully booked and nothing got changed."

"We really enjoyed our first stay at this hotel in the beginning of August and went back second time for a shorter stay and now looking to book another holiday for next year. It is only a short drive from the airport, it is clean, staff are friendly and helpful and in my opinion it offers all you need for a family with children for a relaxing holiday. We look forward to coming back to this hotel in the future."

"Lovely resort! We stayed with our young daughter in a room with a pull out couch and there was plenty of space. Room have a beautiful view and balcony with 2 chairs and table. There are 2 pools. One small adults only pool and one larger one for all. (As well as a small kiddie pool with a slide) All very clean and warm water. No trouble finding my a lounge chair. The resort is on a hill with about a 7 minute walk to the beach. It was not far at all but has a lot of stairs. There is no way to get a stroller down to the beach without caring it down about 100 stairs. The beach is gorgeous. 20 Euro to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella. Perfection. We had half board- recommend! This means we had breakfast and dinner included. It did not include drinks (alcoholic or not) or lunch. But drinks are reasonably priced at restaurants and the bars. There are about 5 different restaurants in walking distance from the resort and beach (but all involve the stairs). All of them we went to for lunch were wonderful! The food at the resort was good but not fancy. It was impressive how many people were able to served each meal. Everything was clean, fresh and refilled often. The staff worked so hard. Breakfast is the same daily but has a lot of variety (coffee and juice is included even with half board). Dinner has some standards each night but also each night has a themed station, we loved our stay and would recommend and return, (look into taking a boat trip from Fornells- highlight of our trip!)"

"We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Nelva Resort. The staff couldn't have been more accomodating and welcomed us with a particularly early and late check out alongside delicious, well priced meals and drinks at the bar/restaurant. The location was also fantastic. Still quiet but so central to everything you could want. So greatful to have stayed here and celebrated as a big group of 15, most of which have said they'd come back to the same hotel in a heartbeat!"

"Very clean. Excellent location, walking distance from beach. Good amenities in room and air conditioning. En suite bathroom a little small, meant that things got wet in the bedroom. Would be great to have a small fridge in the room to store food and drink. Internet was also patchy. But overall great stay!"

"- Free soft drinks, wine and beer - Free snacks / mini lunch - New, smart rooms - Waterfall shower - Large TV in room with netflix etc - Rooftop pool area Nothing bad to say. The only improvement would be the rooftop pool area. It's nice enough but for this to be a more luxury hotel, this would need to be larger area and larger pool."
