"Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."

"The beach resort is a step up from glamping, nice layout very well maintained gardens, pool is really fabulous and you can walk to the beach we’re you have access to a sunshade umbrella and beach beds. The beach like most in Sardinia is amazing clear water and great snorkelling. The resort is geared towards local tourism, mainly italian coming over with their cars. While the accommodations are clean they are well worn and can do with an upgrade. Very basic service get got clean towels and sheets...

"The location of the property was perfect. A nice walk to the port and into town. Beautiful beaches all walkable and a fort. The bar was closed the entire time and there was no breakfast provided. However when queried a refund of €5 per day per person was given. The shower tan cold and often overflowed from the shower tray. The room was basic with no kettle but was clean and comfortable. "

"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...

"Hidden costs for cleaning which was extremely disappointing (be prepared to cough up extra €60 for that). Extra charges for the towels (€10 er set per person) which are not included in the price. Never experienced anything like that. For the 6 days of stay apartment wasn't cleaned even once and you have to take care of your rubbish!!! No sofa in the room you can only seat at the wonky chair or lay down on your bed. Wi-fi was almost non existing. Only in communal areas and that wasn't working...

"This place was perfect for our couples trip. The apartment was large, very clean and even had a bbq. The balcony is huge and we had an amazing view of the sea. The owner doesn't speak English, but is very nice and friendly and we managed to understand everything. The pool was great and clean as well, if a little chilly. "Every morning after 6am rubish track coming, they seperate recycling into 4 different bins. And then the local house next door started his noisy work in the garden at 8am. In the afternoon, the manager always walking around the villas, controling whats going on around, thats not relaxing holiday. They dont help with any tours, or bike rent. Trattasi di sistemazione residence quindi, anche nella sistemazione monocanera per due, non è prevista pulizia quotidiana della camera. Sarebbe auspicabile una zanzariera, almeno nella monocamera, per evitare di dover utlilizzare necessarianente il condizionatore tutta la notte. "

"Lovely property and location. Owner was friendly and helpfull. However, lack of mantainance. Also inadequate cooling, felt during hot summer, in upstairs lounge, bedroom and outhouse even after ACs had been cleaned by the owner on the second day. We had to ask for 2 fans which were thankfully provided the next day. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
