"Wonderful holiday! Property was in perfect location for family holiday./ birthday celebration. Close to all amenities. Had a large group of fourteen people( adults and children), Property was easily large enough to accommodate us all, both inside and out. Garden/ outdoor area perfect, pool area nice, wonderful views. Our host Pedro was helpful and communication was very good. Would highly recommend and stay there again."

"Absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we booked the communication we received from the family made us feel welcome and ready for the stay. Villa was extremely well equipped had everything we needed and more! The design of the place both very aesthetically pleasing but also cool and comfortable. The pool was great - the kids loved jumping in. Local area is a quiet resort and town with easy access to 3 lovely beaches. Porto Cristo is very close and an efficient bus service runs throughout...

"Nice to have the private and quiet space before heading back to Palma. Place is walking distance from the beach and close to some restaurants. We were there just before tourism season began so many of the shops and restaurants were closed. However, it was kind of a blessing to have the peace and privacy. Pool area was super clean and accommodating with chairs, tables and games. We spent most of the time hanging around out back."

"We stayed a week end of sept/beginning Oct 24. We enjoyed the time in the house very much. The house offers 3 spacious bedrooms and one bathroom, so easily for 6 persons. Living area and kitchen are very spacious and bright as well. Extremely nice views and atmosphere from terrace. The house offers brillant peace and intimacy. Everything clean. Perfect walking distance to Cala des Moro. For everything else you need a car what you should have anyway. Would definitely book again! Great stay!"

"We spent relaxing holiday in the house at the beginning of July. We arrived in the night, unlocking the gate and entering the garden with all lights on was a perfect welcome. We enjoyed everything, from the clean pool to the shaded roof terrace which even during the day has some light breeze in the shade so we could enjoy perfect views and peaceful atmoshere. Well-established blooming garden gave us enough privacy and perfect views to each corner of the garden. And the house…stylish and...

"Super gelegene Unterkunft. Man braucht nicht lang zum Strand und auch nicht lange in die Stadt. Trotz Stadt Nähe ist die Gegend sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber! Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und schnell zu erreichen."

"Die Kommunikation mit Sybille und Göran war wirklich super! Sie sind sehr reaktionsschnell und stellen einen richtig guten Gäste-Guide mit vielen Tipps zur Verfügung. Leider konnten wir unseren Urlaub nicht antreten, daher kann ich das Haus bedauerlicherweise nicht beurteilen. Aufgrund der liebenswerten Art der Beiden werden wir aber mit Sicherheit erneut buchen! "Can Perdiu is a beautiful finca in an idyllic setting, perfectly located near the town of Santanyi. The photos online show exactly what you are getting. A beautifully decorated home with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, large living area, fully stocked kitchen, tons of chillout areas, a large lap pool with many chairs and umbrellas and even a fruit orchard! "A week of sunshine and climbing for my 50th with friends and family could not have been better. This villa was the perfect base to relax in luxury with so much space to accommodate 20 people with ease. Would highly recommend."

"We were 9 people, 6 adults and 3 children - the villa was spacious, clean, very comfortable (good beds), air con etc. A great space in fact with great balconys. The kitchen however very small but this didn't really bother us as it meant not everyone could be in the kitchen getting in the way and we made great use of the BBQ every day! Lovely pool (quite steep to get in to ie the steps/step down), lots of loungers, nice sofa area and table also. Short walk to two fabulous beaches and to the area...

"Super Ausstattung. Sehr netter Vermieter.Sehr gepflegt und gemütlich.Lage top.Leider haben wir nicht so gut schlafen können, weil jeden Abend Motorräder vor dem Haus rumgefahren sind. Da kann aber der Vermieter nichts für. Leider war es dadurch sehr laut.Der Garten und die dachterasse waren traumhaft. Perfekt mit Jugendlichen. Aber sicher auch mit kleinen Kindern."

"Nice place to stay in middle of all nice beaches that can be reach by in 20 or 50 minutes. The house is clean and has everything you need, the supermarket is (Hipercentro) is just 5 minutes."

"This place was incredible. Not sure why some people comment negatively about it. Pools are lovely, the rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays and Sundays which was never an issue. Yes, the rooms are not as fancy as the sister hotel, but that hotel just had a renovations. We will come back again to the same property . The location is the best. Seriously cannot fault anything. "

"This is a lovely hotel, we stayed in a room with a private swim up pool which we really enjoyed. The hotel location was good (about 15 mins walk to the main restaurant area of town) and the beach bar across the road (part of the ) had a great view of the beach. "

"I was very nicely surprised 😊 starting from checking in. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned and towels changed everyday, air condition worked perfectly. Location is great, walking distance to many beaches, clubs and restaurants. Very nice choice of food for breakfast. Highly recommend "

"The hotel is amazing, perfect for a break away to do nothing and relax. The buffet has a great selection. The staff are attentive and constantly clearing up. The Mediterranean restaurant is okay, the Italian wasn’t very good at all. All inclusive is the way forward for value for money. Would definitely stay at another of the resorts elsewhere. Some bits need a bit of TLC like silicone around shower tray and a few missing tiles in the pool, but nothing to cut yourself on or dangerous. The views into the cove beach are stunning! "
